Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a power system and can be widely used in the national economy.
Known steam-water heaters in violation of the water-chemical regime or when working on raw water are not protected from salt deposits on the inner surface of brass tubes and are ultimately short-lived.
A known system of steam-water heaters [1] when working on heated water containing a large number of salts of carbonate hardness, rapidly overgrowing with salts, is especially intense in the last along the heating zone, where the temperature of the heated water is maximum.
The aim of the invention is to remedy this drawback.
The goal is achieved in that in a system of steam-water heaters containing at least two heaters connected to a steam pipe, a condensate pipe, inlet and outlet pipes through the steam supply, condensate drain, water inlet and outlet piping provided with shut-off bodies, the condensate drain pipe from one heater is connected with the pipeline of water drainage of the second heater in the sections to the locking elements on them, and to the pipeline of water supply of the second heater in the section after the shutoff valve Gana connected discharge line.
This scheme allows you to use the properties of the condensate to dissolve salts in itself (turning again into raw water) to clean contaminated (slagged) heating surfaces. Condensate saturated with carbon dioxide enters the zone most saturated with salts, and the process of purification (dissolution) begins most intensively at the beginning, weakening towards the exit of the heater. Monitoring the process includes checking the condensate before entering the cleaned preheat for carbon dioxide and salt content and after it. By the concentration of salts dissolved in the heater in the condensate, a decision is made on further cleaning or its completion.
The drawing shows a diagram of the operation of steam-water heaters.
20. The system contains two (or more)
The system operates as follows.
Such a solution of the scheme will allow, without opening the heaters, without using environmentally unsafe reagents used in acid washing of heaters and boilers, to keep the heaters in their pure form, increasing their resource and quality of work for a long time.
