Abstract

FIELD: medicine; cosmetics. SUBSTANCE: remedy has in % by mass: urotropinum 35-40, glycerol 1.0-1.5, perfume additive 0.1-0.2. The rest is water. To prepare the remedy, urotropinum is solved in water. Glycerol and perfume are added later. The remedy is uniform transparent liquid with perfume smell. The remedy is to be kept in storage at 15-25 C. Remedy properties do not change in long term storage. The remedy is applied to freshly washed face skin by means of cotton tampon. Treatment duration is 1-1.5 months. EFFECT: lower production costs; enhanced effectiveness of treatment course. 1 tbl

Уротропин представляет собой бесцветные легкорастворимые в воде кристаллы. Этот препарат широко используется в лечебных целях, как средство, обладающее антисептическими свойствами. Принимают его внутрь в виде таблеток или уколов. Известно применение уротропина в виде водного раствора для протирания кожи при повышенной потливости, т.е. как дезодорирующее и дезинфицирующее средство. Однако, оно вызывает раздражение кожи. Использование уротропина в составе косметических средств, предназначенных для ухода за кожей лица, из источников научно-технической информации неизвестно. Введение в состав средства для ухода за угристой кожей лица уротропина, обладающего хорошими антимикробными свойствами, обуславливает повышение противовоспалительного действия средства. Средство готовят следующим образом. В емкость вносят 35-40 ч. уротропина, заливают его 50 ч. дистиллированной воды и перемешивают до полного растворения уротропина. Затем в емкость вносят 1,0-1,5 ч. глицерина, 0,1-0,2 ч. отдушки и оставшееся количество воды. Смесь тщательно перемешивают в течение 5-10 мин. Однако, при уменьшении количества уротропина (см. пример 4) эффективность средства значительно ниже, чем средств по примерам 1-3. Срок лечения в этом случае затягивается до 2-3 месяцев. При использовании средства согласно примеру 5 срок лечения составляет 1-1,5 месяца (как и в примерах 1-3), однако при этом наблюдается раздражение кожи в виде красных пятен. Предлагаемое средство для ухода за кожей лица может быть использовано при лечении угревой сыпи, порезов, гнойных ран, воспалений. Средство обладает высокой эффективностью.
