Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of technology of cargo handling.
Difficulties in unloading vehicles from sticky wet materials are known. One of the possible ways to increase the efficiency of such operations is based on the forced release of moisture from the mass of material at the border of its contact with the working surface of the vehicle due to electroosmotic processes when passing electric current. In the known device for implementing this method, conductive plates (electrodes) are installed on the working surface of vehicles, separated by insulating spacers. When a constant voltage of different signs is applied to these plates, an electric current flows between them through the mass of the unloaded material, which leads to the release of moisture on the plates connected to the negative pole of the direct current source (cathodes).
This device has the following disadvantages: low efficiency due to sticking of material on the surface of the plates connected to the positive pole of the direct current source (anodes) and insulating gaskets, the need to re-equip each of the vehicles, the possibility of damage to electrodes, insulating gaskets and supply cables during loading and unloading. These shortcomings made it inappropriate to use the device for mass loading and unloading operations.
A device for cleaning mine trolleys with electroosmosis is known, containing an adjustable constant current source, an electrode mounted on a leverage and equipped with a mechanism for moving it.
The disadvantage of this device is the low efficiency due to the uneven distribution of current density on the surface of the electrode due to its roughness.
The purpose of the invention is to increase efficiency by increasing the contact area between the electrode and the material.
In FIG. 1 shows a diagram of a device for separating wet sticky materials from the walls of the tank; in FIG. 2 diagram of the device when applying the electrode; in FIG. 3 the same at the time of unloading the material; in FIG. 4 the same after unloading.
7. The device comprises a
At the first stage (Fig. 2), a movable electrode, made, for example, in the form of a contact lattice, is superimposed on the surface of the discharge material, and the position of the
Using the proposed device provides due to the release of moisture from the mass of unloaded material at the interface between the unloaded material and the working surface of the vehicle (several times) a decrease in the friction coefficient, which contributes to the "sliding" of the entire mass of material from the surface of the vehicle without using any mechanical stress or pre-adding bulk materials to the surface of the body.
