Abstract
Description
The invention relates to biotechnology, namely to biological products that normalize the microflora and inhibit the development of pathogenic microorganisms.
Currently, there are biological products that normalize the microflora: lacto-, bifidum-, colibacterin, bificol, bacterin-SL [1-4]
Closest to the invention is the drug lactobacterin [1] representing the microbial mass of live lactobacilli. The drug is used in the treatment of various acute intestinal infections, with dysbiosis of various etiologies. However, this drug is not effective in the treatment of acute intestinal diseases. In addition, the course of this drug for a long time is 3-6 weeks.
Целью изобретения является создание биопрепарата, высокоэффективного как для профилактики и лечения острых кишечных инфекций, так и дисбактериозов различного происхождения (после антибиотико- или химиотерапии, осложняющей различные соматические заболевания, либо возникших в результате других причин), и оказывающего выраженный клинический эффект в ранние сроки (3-7 дней).Also known is the drug bacterin-SL, intended for the prevention and treatment of acute gastrointestinal diseases [4]
The aim of the invention is the creation of a biological product that is highly effective both for the prevention and treatment of acute intestinal infections and dysbiosis of various origins (after antibiotic or chemotherapy, complicating various somatic diseases, or arising from other causes), and having a pronounced clinical effect in the early stages ( 3-7 days).
It was unexpectedly found that the combination of bacterin-SL and lactobacterin gives a synergistic effect, i.e. It has a high effect both for the treatment of acute intestinal infections and dysbiosis.
Thus, the goal is achieved in that a sporolact, consisting of lactobacterin and additionally containing bacterin-SL, is used as a prophylactic biological product.

П р и м е р 2. PRI me R 2. Evaluation of various variants of the drug "Sporolact" in comparison with lactobacterin and bacterin-SL was carried out by the influence of these drugs on the normalization of intestinal microflora in laboratory animals.
The experiments were carried out on white outbred mice weighing 18-20 g. Animals were selected for the experiment in which dysbacteriosis was recorded during bacteriological examination of feces (a decrease in the quantitative indicators of normal representatives of microflora; the presence of conditionally pathogenic microorganisms). Animals were orally administered at a dose of 1 dose / kg once for 10 days. Daily recorded the number of microorganisms of various groups in feces.
It has been established that the most pronounced effect of normalizing the intestinal microflora of animals was observed even earlier with the use of sporolact. So, when using all series of sporolact, normalization of animal microflora was observed already for 3-4 days. when using bacterin-SL for 5-6 days; lactobacterin on day 10-12.
Thus, the advantage of sporolact over lactobacterin and bacterin-SL was established. Experimentally confirmed such quantitative characteristics of sporolactic components.
Bacterin-SL with a titer of 10 9 -10 11 live microbial cells in a single dose.
Lactobacterin with a titer of 10 9 -10 11 live microbial cells in a single dose.
The drugs are in equal proportions by volume.
