 The invention relates to medicine, namely to cosmetics for hair care.

 Of the known closest in essence to the claimed is a hair care product, which includes ethyl alcohol, camphor, D-panthenol, dimethyl sulfoxide, drinking water and extracts of plant materials horseradish extracts, hop grains, fruits of red capsicum, nettle, garlic, onions, chestnut fruits, pollen, as well as lanolin, lavender oil, lactic acid. The specified tool has a stimulating blood circulation effect, strengthens the hair roots, helps restore damaged hair structure. Gamma-amino-beta-phenylbutyric acid orotate, TU 6-09-10-1757-86, trade name "ferolar", is a white or yellowish crystalline non-hygroscopic powder, easily soluble in aqueous solutions of alkalis, bitter-acidic taste.  Coriander is a source of terpenes, fatty acid esters, B vitamins, carotenoids. It has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and sedative effects.

 Extracts of parsley and coriander are introduced into the composition in an amount of 0.5-3% each. The introduction of less than 0.5% or more than 3% does not have an optimal effect on the scalp and hair.

 Fir oil, TU 13-2545-94-09-87, introduced into the composition in an amount of 0.01-0.1% Provides a bactericidal, astringent and soothing effect. The introduction of less than 0.01% does not provide effective bactericidal action, more than 0.1% creates an excessive astringent effect.

 Soy hydrolyzate TU 6-09-23-327-91 is a source of proteins with the closest amino acid composition to the skin. It contains mineral substances K, Na, Ca, P, vitamins of group B, PP.  Camphor in an amount of 0.1-0.3 in combination with fir oil and ethyl alcohol (20-30%) create a mild antiseptic and slightly irritating effect, contributing to better digestibility of nutrient components.

 The introduction of camphor less than 0.1% and ethyl alcohol less than 20% does not provide a good cleaning and bactericidal effect, the introduction of camphor more than 0.3% and ethyl alcohol 30% creates an excessive irritating effect.

 The claimed boundaries of the quantitative ratio of the introduced components provide synergies and the effectiveness of interdependent exposure. The introduction of components below the specified limits does not provide nutritious, stimulating hair growth and strengthens the hair roots action, the above mentioned upsets the balance and interaction of components.

 The hair care product meets all the requirements of TU 64-19-64-90 "Cosmetic lotions. Technical conditions".

The product is a uniform transparent or slightly opalescent liquid from tan to greenish brown with a complex grassy odor. Mass fraction of ethyl alcohol 41.0 ± 1.0% pH, pH 6.5 ± 1.0. The volume fraction of ethyl alcohol is 44 ± 1%, the density is 0.94 ± 0.005 g / cm ³ .

 New consumer properties of the proposed means for hair care are provided by the introduction of new components in a predetermined ratio with the known.

 To identify new consumer properties and the effectiveness of the claimed funds, experimental studies and clinical testing were conducted at the Department of Dermatology of the Latvian Medical Academy. As a result of studies, it was found that the claimed tool, intended for the care of damaged and weakened hair of any type, does not have irritating or allergic effects on the skin.

 Clinical testing of hair care products was carried out by a group of approbants aged 18 to 63 years for 45 days. The group of approbants consisted of people with oily, dry and normal skin of the scalp, having complaints of poor hair growth, sparseness and loss. Clinical trials were carried out once a week. The product was rubbed abundantly with a cotton swab into the skin of the scalp. To better absorb the product into the skin, the head was covered with a towel and left for 20-30 minutes. The product, acting irritably, warmed the scalp. There was a pleasant feeling of warmth on the skin during the entire exposure time. After the procedure, the hair was slightly washed with shampoo. The results showed that the product helps strengthen hair and its growth, has anti-inflammatory, tonic and softening effects on the scalp, reduces hair loss, eliminates itching and prevents dandruff.

 The tool is prepared as follows.

For this, 0.15 kg of camphor is dissolved in 0.15 kg of ethyl alcohol, mixed until completely dissolved. Aqueous solutions of D-asparagine, d-panthenol, dimethyl sulfoxide and a mixture of glycerol with water are also preliminarily prepared. A mixture of the components of the hair care product is homogenized for 2 hours. The fluid is monitored for strength and pH. If necessary, adjust the strength of the water. After adjustment, the liquid is homogenized for at least 2 hours.

 After this, the liquid is left to stand at room temperature for at least 12 hours. Then a sample is taken for compliance with the TT in terms of strength and pH. After receiving a positive conclusion, the liquid is transferred to the filtering, then to the packaging.

 The hair care product is a uniform, clear, yellow-brown liquid with a complex, grassy odor. Physico-chemical characteristics of the liquid are given in table.2.

 Using a cotton swab, apply the product liberally onto clean scalp. For better penetration into the skin, wrap the head with a towel. After holding for 20-30 minutes, rinse your hair slightly with shampoo. The tool is rubbed into the scalp 1 time per week for 1-1.5 months.

 Analogously to example 1, the liquids of the claimed agent were also prepared according to examples 2-6 with a ratio of components shown in table 1, while the ratio of components of examples 1-4 lies within the claimed limits, and the ratio of components in examples 5 and 6 is outside the claimed limits . The prepared liquids were checked according to the requirements of TU 64-19-64-90 "Cosmetic lotions".

 Physico-chemical indicators and results of clinical trials are given in table.2. At the same time, clinical testing of the Dzintars hair strengthening lotion, taken as a prototype, was conducted, the results of which are also shown in Table 2, the composition of the lotion is shown in Table 1.

 From the data table. 1 and 2, we can conclude that the performance of the inventive hair care products meet the requirements of TU 64-19-64-90 precisely in the claimed ratios, and in terms of therapeutic and prophylactic properties it exceeds the means taken for the prototype.

 The use of the claimed hair care products for 1-1.5 months in comparison with the known ones provides an effective emollient, anti-inflammatory, tonic effect on the scalp, eliminates itching and prevents dandruff, strengthens hair roots and promotes hair growth, can be used for any type of hair during the period of their poor condition or after perms, staining.
