Abstract
Description
The invention relates to methods for purifying distillates of secondary origin, in particular to purifying heavy gas oil of secondary origin, and can be used in oil refining.
The purification of heavy gas oil of secondary origin in pure form in an industrial environment is difficult due to the rapid coking of the catalyst and because of the need to carry out the process under high pressure. Therefore, the purification of heavy gas oil of secondary origin is carried out in a mixture with straight-run vacuum gas oils. The content of heavy secondary vacuum gas oils in a mixture with straight-run ones can fluctuate over a wide range and depends both on the characteristics of the secondary gas oil itself (sulfur, nitrogen, polycyclic aromatic structures, fractional composition) and on the selected hydrotreatment process mode, i.e. from pressure, temperature, volumetric feed rate of the raw material, providing the required level of purification of raw materials from impurities. It is known that, ceteris paribus, an increase in the proportion of secondary heavy gas oils in straight-run feedstock is accompanied by a tightening of the regime to achieve the same degree of purification as for straight-run vacuum gas oil.
[1].A known method of purification of heavy gas oil delayed coking by mixing it with straight-run vacuum gas oil in a ratio of 22:78, followed by catalytic hydrotreating of the mixture at a temperature of 365 about and a pressure of 12.3 MPa [1].
The disadvantage of this method is that to achieve a high degree of purification of gas oil from sulfur, it is necessary to create high pressure and conduct the process for a long time, which greatly complicates the method.
[2].Closest to the proposed technical solution is a method of purification of heavy gas oil of secondary origin by mixing it with straight-run vacuum gas oil followed by catalytic hydrotreating of the mixture. The mixture consists of 70-85 wt.% Straight-run vacuum gas oil and 15-30 wt. % heavy gas oil of secondary origin. The hydrotreatment was carried out at alyumonikelmolibdenovom catalyst at a temperature of 350-370 C and a pressure of 3-5 MPa [2].
This method is simpler to implement, however, the degree of desulphurization of heavy gas oil is not high enough.
The proposed solution allows to reduce the sulfur content in heavy gas oil of secondary origin. This is achieved in that the purification process of heavy gasoil secondary origin by mixing it with straight run vacuum gas oil followed by hydrotreating catalyst mixture prior to hydrotreating a heavy oil mixture secondary origin with straight run vacuum gas oil is added the delayed coker light gas oil with boiling range of 180-350 C. in the amount of 5-30 wt.% from the hydrotreating feed.
In the proposed method for hydrotreating a mixture of heavy gas oil of secondary origin with straight run vacuum gas oil, the addition of light gas oil of delayed coking makes it possible to reduce the viscosity of vacuum distillates, increase the fraction of their evaporation and increase the degree of hydrogen permeability to sulfur-containing compounds of a higher molecular weight, more aromatized part of the feed, which increases the degree of sulfur removal from it .
The proposed method is as follows.
Heavy gasoil secondary origin (delayed coking or catalytic cracking) was mixed with straight run vacuum gas oil, light gas oil is added to the delayed coking boiling range 180-350 ° C and the resulting material was subjected to hydrotreatment. The hydrotreatment was carried out at alyumonikelmolibdenovom catalyst at a temperature of 360-410 ° C, pressure 3.0-5.0 MPa. After cooling, the liquid reaction products are fractionated into gasoline (NK-180 о С), diesel fuel (180-350 о С) and heavy gas oil (residue boiling above 350 о С), which are sent for further processing, for example, catalytic cracking or hydrocracking.
The results of the experiments are shown in the table.
60%.As can be seen from the table, the addition of light gas oil of less than 5% has virtually no significant effect on the degree of hydrodesulfurization. The most optimal amount of added light gas oil delayed coking is 5-30 wt. % of raw hydrotreatment. With an increase in the amount of light gas oil above 30 wt.%, The decrease in the sulfur content in heavy gas oil (fractions above 350 ° C) remains at the level of 60%.
