Abstract
Description
д. The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to methods of harvesting feed and harvesting crops, such as cereals, legumes, rice, etc.
A known method of harvesting crops by direct combining. It lies in the fact that the whole grain mass is cut at a certain height and sent to the threshing device of the combine. In this case, the cutting height is set in such a way as to ensure a cut of all ears, regardless of their location. In the presence of unevenly ripened loaves with sowing, sowed, late-grown plants, weeds, the green mass entering the harvester complicates the work of the separating organs of wind-sieve cleaning, etc.
Closest to the proposed is a method of towing crops, in which tow is produced when the grain is fully ripened in the ear or on all stems. This method is effective subject to uniform ripening of the culture.
In the conditions of Eastern Siberia, along with the main developed stems after rains in the field appears overtaking (replanting). Towards the end of the growing season, the sprouts have time to produce an ear, but the grain in it does not always ripen. Due to the large unevenness of the ripening of the biological mass: firstly, the harvesting time is delayed, which leads to a large dependence of harvesting on weather conditions, to self-shedding, and secondly, by the time of ripening of the whole grain, most of the stems are dry (dried), so they are lost feed properties and stems are unsuitable for direct use as feed. This method requires a lot of labor to collect almost low-value product.
The disadvantage of this method is that the harvesting time is delayed, there is a dependence of the harvesting on weather conditions, in addition, the combed dried mass is unsuitable for feed.
The purpose of the invention is the provision of optimal harvesting times, reducing grain losses of the main crop and maintaining green mass for subsequent mowing and use as a complete feed.
To do this, in the method of harvesting crops after ripening, the ears are combed, the combed heap is threshed, and this comb is carried out in the wax ripeness phase until the stems are yellowed, and the combed green stalks are mowed together with the feed.
Comparison of the proposed method with the prototype shows that this method is characterized in that the scrub is carried out in a phase of wax ripeness until the main stems are yellowed, and the combed green stalks are mowed together with the feed unit.
The proposed method is as follows.
At the stage of wax ripeness, in the period before the yellowing of the main stems, preventing the mass from drying out artificially, they begin to comb the ears of the main culture. The carded heap is sent to a threshing device.
The green stalks of the main crop, the breeder, and also the weed grass that sprouted during the growing season of the main crop, which are left standing after the passage of the scrubbing devices, are mowed to feed by any forage harvester. Green mass is used for direct feeding, silage, haylage are prepared.
The advantage of the proposed method lies in the fact that the method can be applied on the fields of unevenly ripened crops such as cereals with a bottom.
The fact that towing is performed at the stage of wax ripeness of the spike with a green stem, preventing it from drying out, allows harvesting to begin earlier, preserving the grain. With the proposed method, the unripened grain of the bottom, which can increase the moisture content of the bulk by about 8-10%, does not enter the marketable grain.
The proposed method of harvesting is less susceptible to rainfall during the towing period.
