Способ лечения перевивной соединительнотканной саркомы М-1 крыс при комбинированном воздействии фотодинамической терапии и лучевой терапии, отличающийся тем, что проводят комбинированное воздействие лучевой терапии и фотодинамической терапии по схеме: ЛТ+ФДТ с интервалом времени 48 часов, сеанс ФДТ проводят с фотосенсибилизатором амидоаминхлорином е6 (ААХ), который вводят интраперитонеально в дозе 1,25 мг/кг массы животного, что при экстраполяции на дозу человека составляет 0,21 мг/кг, лекарственно-световой интервал между введением препарата и лазерным облучением составляет 3,0 часа, параметры лазерного воздействия: плотность энергии Е=300 Дж/см2, плотность мощности Ps=0,48 Вт/см2, при проведении лучевой терапии доза γ-излучения составляла 20 Гр.
