Claims (1)

Способ хирургического лечения хронических дефектов перегородки носа у взрослых, отличающийся тем, что после закрытия перфорации с применением лоскута на передней решетчатой артерии с одной стороны выполняют мобилизацию слизистой оболочки противоположной стороны и максимальное сведение ее краев, далее под эндоскопическим контролем фиксируют ограничитель фасциальный для направленной тканевой регенерации размерами, не менее чем на 2 мм превышающими длину и ширину дефекта, к краям перфорации с помощью узловых швов, затем в проекции перфорации между лоскутом слизистой оболочки на передней решетчатой артерии и аллогенной фасцией устанавливают ультратонкую пластину 0,5 мм аллогенного хряща максимальных размеров по высоте, завершают операцию фиксацией протекторных пластин из силикона с обеих сторон узловыми швами сроком на 3 недели и тампонадой носа гемостатическими тампонами Merocel, которые удаляют на второй день после хирургического вмешательства.A method for the surgical treatment of chronic defects of the nasal septum in adults, characterized in that after closing the perforation using a flap on the anterior ethmoid artery, on the one hand, the mucous membrane of the opposite side is mobilized and its edges are brought together as much as possible, then, under endoscopic control, a fascial limiter is fixed for guided tissue regeneration with dimensions not less than 2 mm exceeding the length and width of the defect, to the edges of the perforation using interrupted sutures, then in the projection of the perforation between the mucosal flap on the anterior ethmoidal artery and the allogeneic fascia, an ultrathin plate of 0.5 mm allogeneic cartilage of maximum height is installed , the operation is completed by fixing silicone protector plates on both sides with interrupted sutures for a period of 3 weeks and tamponade of the nose with Merocel hemostatic tampons, which are removed on the second day after surgery.
