Способ дренирования петли тонкой кишки, участвующей в формировании панкреато-еюно и холангио-еюноанастомоза после панкреатодуоденальной резекции, включающий панкреатоеюноанастомоз конец в бок с начальным отделом тощей кишки, гастроеюноанастомоз по методу Гофмейстера-Финстерера на отводящем колене проксимальной петли тощей кишки в 30 см от панкреатоеюноанастомоза и холедохоеюноанастомоз конец в бок с дистальной петлей на расстоянии 60-70 см от культи тощей кишки с межкишечным брауновским соустьем, отличающийся тем, что формируют петли тонкой кишки по Ру, тонко кишечно-панкреатический анастомоз «бок в конец» и гепатико-еюноанастомоз «конец в бок», проводят дренаж в просвет петли тонкой кишки, на которой сформированы перечисленные анастомозы, и выводят дренаж на кожу через контрапертуру в виде подвесной энтеростомии, далее через эту же петлю, отдельно наружу выводят дренажи Вирсунгова протока и гепатикоеюноанстомоза.
