Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the construction materials industry, and in particular to methods for the production of facing plates.
[1]. A known method of manufacturing a two-layer cladding plates, including sawing blocks of decorative and non-decorative stone into plates, edging, washing and drying of plates, assembling plates into a bag with alternating layers of decorative and non-decorative stone, sawing into plates, grinding and polishing the surface of decorative stone [1].
The disadvantage of this method of manufacturing two-layer plates is the use of expensive adhesive compositions, the presence of operations for their preparation and pouring, the need to clean the polymer composition at the joints and, as a result, increase the time of manufacture of the plates and the complexity of the method.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the consumption of materials and the complexity of the process.
The goal is achieved by the fact that after drying, decorative and non-decorative plates are assembled in a layered bag, stacking the plates horizontally with a plastic film between them, then the bag is placed in a chamber and heated to the melting temperature of the polyethylene, and after cooling the bag it is sawn off in the middle of a decorative stone plate moreover, the package can be assembled in the alternation of one plate of decorative stone and two plates of non-decorative stone, and after sawing a plate of decorative stone, the package will complement flax sawed at the junction of plates made of non-decorative stone, and in order to use cement chipboards, wood-shaving plates as a non-decorative stone, after sawing the bag on a plate made of decorative stone, the decorative surface is ground and polished, and then the plates are separated by softening the plastic film non-decorative stone at the middle joint on two plates.
A method of manufacturing a two-layer facing plates is as follows.
Blocks of decorative and non-decorative stone are cut into plates, edged, polished, washed and dried. Then cut the plastic film in terms of equal dimensions of the plates. After this, the plates are collected in a layered package, alternating the plates of decorative and non-decorative stone, laying a plastic film between them, place the package in a heating cabinet, where it is heated to a temperature not lower than the melting temperature of polyethylene. Then, the layered block obtained from the layered package is cooled to normal temperature and, using a multi-disc machine, the block is sawn on each plate into two-layer plates, after which they are ground and polished from the side of the decorative stone. In the case of laying a layered package with alternating one plate of decorative stone and two plates of non-decorative stone, the sawing of the obtained block is carried out in the middle of the plates of decorative stone and at the junction of two plates of non-decorative stone. In the case of the use of cement-bonded and particle boards, etc. sawing of the layered block is carried out only on decorative stone and the resulting plates are ground and polished on both sides, heated to the melting point of polyethylene and divided by the middle junction of the non-decorative plates into two plates.
П р и м е р 1. PRI me R 1. Two blocks of white marble (Koelga) and limestone (Kovrovsky KU) were sawn into plates and edged with a thickness of 20 and 30 mm, respectively, with dimensions in the plan of 600x200 mm. The resulting plates were ground, washed and dried. Then a plastic film was cut into pieces with dimensions of 600x200 mm and laid in a layered bag, in which plates of limestone and marble alternated alternately. In total, there were 5 plates of limestone and 4 of marble in the block. Then, the resulting laminate package loaded with a metal plate was placed in an oven at 120 ° C (polyethylene melting temperature), which was maintained for 12 hours. After cooling, the laminate block to room temperature, it was adjusted to semidiskovy sawing machine with a distance between centers of saws 26 mm . The slit width was 10 mm. As a result, we obtained 6 two-layer plates, where the thickness of the upper layer of marble is 5 mm, and the lower of limestone - 10 mm, and two plates from the ends, where the thickness of the layer of limestone was 30 mm. The resulting two-layer slabs were ground and polished on the marble side.
П р и м е р 2. PRI me R 2. All operations for the manufacture of two-layer cladding plates, the dimensions of the plates and equipment were, as in example 1, but decorative plates made of marble (Burovshchina) and non-decorative plates made of stone concrete on a filler made of limestone and a laminated package were heated to 220 about S.
П р и м е р 3. PRI me R 3. To obtain a two-layer cladding panels, a layered package was laid with the alternation of a polyethylene film between the stone as follows: laid a plate made of shell rock with a thickness of 35 mm, then two plates made of shell rock with a thickness of 40 mm, then again marble and so only three times A 35 mm thick shell rock plate was placed on top of the bag. Further, all operations were repeated, as in example 1, but sawing the resulting laminated block was carried out in the middle of a marble plate and at the junction of two shell rock plates. The distances between the centers of the discs were 52 mm. As a result, 8 slabs were obtained with a top decorative layer of marble 5 mm thick and a non-decorative shell layer of 25 mm thick.
П р и м е р 4. PRI me R 4. We used decorative plates of larchite and lapis lazuli with a thickness of 10 mm and dimensions in the plan of 100x300 mm and particle boards and cement-particle boards with a thickness of 20 mm of similar dimensions. The laminated package was stacked as follows: wood-particle board (particleboard), film, larchite plate, cement-bonded particleboard (DSP), film, particleboard, film, lapis lazuli plate, film, DSP. Then everything was repeated 4 times. The operations for obtaining the layered block were, as in example 1. The resulting layered block was sawn on a single-disc machine with a saw diameter of 400 mm in the middle and along the plates of decorative stone. Two plates sawn from the ends of the block were polished from the side of the decorative stone, and the plates sawn from the middle of the block were polished and ground on both sides, then they were heated to 140 ° C, after which the plates were divided into two plates at the middle joint. As a result, we got slabs, the front layer of which is made with ornamental stone 2.5: 4 thick; tiles from chipboard and larch; 4 tiles from chipboard and lapis lazuli; 4 tiles from DSP and larch; 4 tiles from DSP and lapis lazuli.
The advantages of manufacturing two-layer boards in comparison with the known one are as follows: 1. Costly adhesive compositions are saved by replacing them with a plastic film. 2. A simplified method for the manufacture of two-layer cladding plates with a front layer of decorative stone due to the elimination of operations on the preparation of the adhesive composition and its filling. 3. The amount of cutting work is reduced; tool consumption per unit of output. 4. Saves decorative and non-decorative natural stone.
