Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine, in particular to methods and preparations for the treatment of purulent necrotic diseases of cattle hooves (cattle).
Myirbae Tinct. In the treatment of purulent-necrotic diseases, cattle hooves first of all eliminate the cause of its occurrence and represent animal peace. Exfoliate horn, necrotic tissue are removed and exudate is evacuated. To ensure the outflow of pus, the horny sole is opened along the white line in the area where soreness is detected. In the future, the wound is treated with various medications: for example, Tinct. Chaphalii uliginosi 25.0 ol Ricini 75.0 for granular wounds; Inf Chaphauliginoci 100 me - for wetting wipes and applying to the surface of the wound; Acidi salicybici 3.0 Tinct. Myirbae Tinct. Aloes 48.0 - for the impregnation of napkins when applied to festering wounds, etc.
For necrobacillary dermatitis (near-orange and purulent), for example, the following external agents are used: Brillianti griini 10 Spiritus aethylici 70% - 50 me for impregnating the zone of purulent dermatitis, scuffs. Before using the product, the area for applying napkins (dressings) is washed with soap and drained; Linimenti Synthomycini 10% -30.0 for the treatment of purulent dermatitis, scuffing after washing with soap and drying; Linimenti Naphtalani 10% - 50.0 for treating skin with ulcerative dermatitis to reduce the inflammatory response and enhance epidermization; Acidi Borici, Linci Oxydati, Talci Veneti 10.0; Glycerini Aqnee plumbi 15.0 Mf unguentam - for treating the skin around wounds and fistulas.
Col jadi spirituosae Glycerini 50,0.For chronic dermatitis with thickening of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, Col jadi spirituosae Glycerini is used 50.0.
Acidi salicybici 5,0 ol Ricini 20,0 ol jecoris Aselli 75,0. To soften the crusts, Acidi salicybici 5.0 ol Ricini 20.0 ol jecoris Aselli 75.0 is used.
Sol Novacaini Strerilisatae 0,25% - 100 me - для циркулярной блокады. Перед введением в раствор добавляют по 500000 ЕД пенициллина и стрептомицина;
Sol Novacaini Strerilis. [2].In case of damage to the arch of the interdental gap after excision of the edges, walls and the bottom of the ulcer, the wound surface is dusted with one of the complex antiseptic powders and bandages are applied (if necessary, the edges of the defect are brought together with sutures), for example, of the following composition:
Sol Novacaini Strerilisatae 0.25% - 100 me - for circular blockade. Before introducing into the solution, 500,000 units of penicillin and streptomycin are added;
Sol Novacaini Strerilis. 0.5% - 20 me - as an intra-arterial, which is introduced into the vessel of the diseased limb and a tourniquet is applied above the needle insertion point [2].
All animals had the same conditions of maintenance, care and diet.
The first group of cows (15 goals) is the control. All animals of this group were treated according to the technique used in this farm, namely, the affected limbs of the animals were treated with ichthyol ointment with the addition of tricillin, streptomycin and streptocide on a petrolatum.
The second group of cows (experimental) was treated with a 50% solution of dimexide, 1 ml of which contained 10,000 units of tetracycline.
The third group of cows (experimental) was treated with a 50% aqueous solution of heraconda in a 20% solution of dimexide.

Animals in all four groups underwent complete surgical treatment of the affected limbs with dressings on the treated area of the limb. Dressings were changed every four days for 16 days.
The results of the experiment are shown in the table.
The table shows that the percentage of recovered animals in the control group is 46%; in the first experimental - 60%; in the second experimental - 87%; in the third experimental - 100%. In addition, in the second and third experimental groups, recovery of animals occurred faster - after 12 days, which allows us to conclude that the highest therapeutic effect in these groups.
The biologically active substance Erakond is a plant extract, for example, an extract of alfalfa (alfalfa hay), obtained by treatment with an extractant containing soluble metal salts in mg per 1 kg of plant mass, for example, in the following ratio: Mo 8.0; Ba 10.0; Pb 20.0; Co 1.05; V 1.0; Cz 0.5; Zn 200.0; Fe 300.0; Sn 40.0.
Heracond was dissolved in distilled water, thoroughly stirred, filtered through a gauze filter. The filtered heraconda solution was mixed with dimexide and a fuse of vegetable oils. Again, thoroughly mixed until a homogeneous mass. Gauze dressings were impregnated with this compound. They kept the drug in the refrigerator.
