Стенд для испытаний упругих элементов виброизоляторов, содержащий основание, на котором посредством, по крайней мере, трех виброизоляторов закреплена переборка, представляющая собой одномассовую колебательную систему массой и жесткостью соответственно m2 и c2, а в качестве генератора гармонических колебаний использован эксцентриковый вибратор, расположенный на переборке, на переборке установлена стойка для испытания собственных частот упругих элементов рессорных и тарельчатых виброизоляторов разной длины, геометрических параметров, а также разной величины масс, закрепленных на концах этих испытываемых элементов, при этом колебания массы, закрепленной на каждом упругом элементе, фиксируется индикатором перемещений, по показаниям которого определяется резонансная частота, соответствующая параметрам каждого упругого элемента, причем на основании и переборке закреплены датчики виброускорений, сигналы от которых поступают на усилитель, затем осциллограф, магнитограф и компьютер для обработки полученной информации, при этом для настройки работы стенда используется частотомер и фазометр, причем для определения собственных частот каждой из исследуемых систем виброизоляции производится имитация ударных импульсных нагрузок на каждую из систем и записываются осциллограммы свободных колебаний, при расшифровке которых определяют собственные частоты систем виброизоляции и логарифмический декремент затухания колебаний, причем на каждом из исследуемых упругих элементах разной длины, геометрических параметров, а также разной величины масс, закреплены тензодатчики на концах этих испытываемых элементов, при этом колебания массы, закрепленной на каждом упругом элементе, фиксируется как индикатором перемещений, так и тензодатчиками, причем по показаниям индикатора проводится экспресс-оценка характеристик, а при обработке сигналов с тензодатчиков, поступающих на усилитель, затем осциллограф, магнитограф и компьютер для обработки полученной информации, - определяются амплитудно-частотные характеристики, и выявляются оптимальные характеристики: жесткость й коэффициент демпфирования каждого из упругих элементов, отличающийся тем, что для проведения гармонического анализа между переборкой и основанием закреплен вибратор, например, пьезоэлектрический, сигналы от которого поступают на пьезоусилитель, а затем на компьютер для обработки полученной информации, при этом для проведения гармонического анализа виброизолирующей системы «переборка на виброизоляторах» а также выявления виброизолирующих свойств дополнительного упругого элемента, размещенного между переборкой и стойкой для испытания собственных частот упругих элементов рессорных и тарельчатых виброизоляторов, моделирующего виброизолирующие свойства двухмассовой системы «переборка на виброизоляторах - стойка с упругими элементами рессорных и тарельчатых виброизоляторов», пьезоэлектрический вибратор закрепляют на переборке, сигналы с которого по линии связи поступают на пьезоусилитель, затем на компьютер для обработки полученной информации, при этом для выявления виброизолирующих свойств системы в целом на стойке, на которой установлены упругие элементы испытываемых виброизоляторов, закрепляют тензорезисторы, сигналы с которых поступают на тензоусилитель, затем осциллограф, магнитограф и компьютер для обработки полученной информации.A stand for testing elastic elements of vibration isolators, containing a base on which a bulkhead is fixed by means of at least three vibration isolators, which is a single-mass oscillatory system with mass and stiffness m 2 and c 2 , respectively, and an eccentric vibrator located on the bulkhead, a rack is installed on the bulkhead for testing the natural frequencies of the elastic elements of spring and disk vibration isolators of different lengths, geometric parameters, as well as different sizes of masses fixed at the ends of these tested elements, while the fluctuations of the mass fixed on each elastic element are recorded by the displacement indicator, according to the readings of which the resonant frequency is determined, corresponding to the parameters of each elastic element, and vibration acceleration sensors are fixed on the base and bulkhead, the signals from which are fed to the amplifier, then the oscilloscope, magnetograph and computer for processing feedback of the information obtained, while a frequency meter and a phase meter are used to adjust the operation of the stand, and to determine the natural frequencies of each of the vibration isolation systems under study, an imitation of shock impulse loads is performed on each of the systems and oscillograms of free vibrations are recorded, when decoding the natural frequencies of the vibration isolation systems and the logarithmic damping decrement of vibrations, and on each of the studied elastic elements of different lengths, geometric parameters, as well as different magnitudes of masses, strain gauges are fixed at the ends of these test elements, while the vibrations of the mass fixed on each elastic element are recorded both by the displacement indicator and strain gauges , moreover, according to the indications of the indicator, an express assessment of the characteristics is carried out, and when processing signals from strain gauges entering the amplifier, then an oscilloscope, a magnetograph and a computer for processing the received information, the amplitude-frequency characteristics, and the optimal characteristics are revealed: stiffness and damping coefficient of each of the elastic elements, characterized in that a vibrator, for example, piezoelectric, is fixed between the bulkhead and the base for harmonic analysis, the signals from which are sent to the piezo amplifier, and then to the computer for processing the obtained information, while for carrying out a harmonic analysis of the vibration-isolating system "bulkhead on vibration isolators" as well as identifying the vibration-isolating properties of an additional elastic element placed between the bulkhead and the rack for testing the natural frequencies of the elastic elements of spring and plate vibration isolators, simulating the vibration-isolating properties of the two-mass system "bulkhead on vibration isolators - a rack with elastic elements of spring and plate vibration isolators ", the piezoelectric vibrator is fixed on the bulkhead, the signals from which are sent through the communication line to the piezo amplifier, then to the computer for processing the obtained information, while in order to identify the vibration-insulating properties of the system as a whole, on the rack on which the elastic elements of the vibration insulators under test are installed, strain gauges are fixed, the signals from which are sent to the strain-gauge amplifier, then the oscilloscope, magnetograph and computer for processing the information received.
