Claims (33)
1. Композиционный материал содержащий макропористый материал на силикатной основе, по меньшей мере частично замещенный по меньшей мере одним микропористым цеолитом, где микропористый цеолит функционализирован медью или железом, или функционализирован медью и железом, и где композиционный материал имеет форму частиц.
2. Материал по п. 1, где микропористый цеолит представляет собой цеолит с малым размером пор, имеющий максимальный размер кольца из восьми тетраэдрически координированных атомов.
3. Материал по п. 1 или 2, где микропористый цеолит имеет отношение кремнезема к оксиду алюминия от 10:1 до 50:1, предпочтительно от 15:1 до 30:1.
4. Материал по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где микропористый цеолит выбран из цеолитов, имеющих каркасную структуру типа AEI, AFX, CHA, ERI и LEV.
5. Материал по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где микропористый цеолит представляет собой алюмосиликатный цеолит.
6. Материал по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где микропористый цеолит содержит шабазит.
7. Материал по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где микропористый цеолит имеет атомное отношение меди к алюминию от 0,25 до 0,5 в расчете на содержание цеолита.
8. Материал по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где композиционный материал имеет объем пор от 0,05 до 0,25 см3/г, предпочтительно от 0,1 до 0,2 см3/г.
9. Материал по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где частицы имеют наибольший размер от 1 мкм до 80 мкм, предпочтительно от 5 мкм до 40 мкм.
10. Материал по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где большинство макропор макропористого материала на силикатной основе имеют диаметр от 100 нм до 10 мкм, предпочтительно от 1 до 10 мкм.
11. Материал по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где макропористый материал на силикатной основе содержит диатомовую землю.
12. Материал по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где по меньшей мере часть частиц имеют цилиндрическую форму.
13. Способ получения структуры, содержащей цеолит, способ включает:
(i) обеспечение смеси, содержащей скелет, включающий силикат и имеющий макропористую структуру, источник алюминия и органический темплат;
ii) гидротермическую обработку смеси с формированием микропористой структуры, содержащей цеолит, по существу сохраняющей макропористую структуру скелета, включающего силикат;
iii) включение меди, железа или как меди, так и железа, в цеолит.
14. Способ по п. 13, где цеолит имеет отношение кремнезема к оксиду алюминия от 10:1 до 50:1, и скелет, включающий силикат, является по существу единственным источником атомов кремния для цеолитной структуры.
15. Способ по п. 13 или 14, где микропористый цеолит содержит шабазит.
16. Способ по любому из пп. 13–14, где скелет, включающий силикат, содержит один или более компонентов из пористого стекла, силикагеля и диатомовой земли, предпочтительно, где скелет, включающий силикат, содержит диатомовую землю.
17. Способ по любому из пп. 13–16, где скелет, включающий силикат, содержит цилиндрическую структуру.
18. Способ по любому из пп. 13–17, где источник алюминия содержит алюминат натрия.
19. Способ по любому из пп. 13–18, где органический темплат содержит каркасную структуру и/или кольцевую структуру, предпочтительно трициклокольцевую структуру.
20. Способ по любому из пп. 13–19, где органический темплат содержит гидроксид адамантилтриметиламмония, и микропористый цеолит является шабазитом.
21. Способ по любому из пп. 13–20, где на стадии (i) молярное отношение кремния к алюминию в смеси составляет от 5:1 до 25:1.
22. Способ по любому из пп. 13–21, где на стадии (i) смесь имеет pH более чем 7.
23. Способ по любому из пп. 13–22, где стадия (ii) содержит нагревание смеси в автоклаве при температуре от 140 до 180°C в течение периода времени от 1 до 7 дней.
24. Способ по любому из пп. 13–23, дополнительно включающий объединение структуры, содержащей цеолит, с катализатором селективного каталитического восстановления (SCR).
25. Способ по любому из пп. 13–24, где структура, содержащая цеолит, представляет собой композиционный материал по любому из пп. 1–12.
26. Композиция катализатора селективного каталитического восстановления (SCR), содержащая композиционный материал по любому из пп. 1–12.
27. Композиция по п. 26, дополнительно содержащая оксид ванадия на металлооксидном носителе, выбранном из оксида алюминия, диоксида титана, диоксида циркония, оксида церия, кремнезема и их комбинаций.
28. Каталитическое изделие, содержащее подложку, покрытую или включающую композицию катализатора селективного каталитического восстановления (SCR) по п. 26 или 27, где подложка выбрана из металлической проточной подложки, керамической проточной подложки, фильтра с протеканием через стенки, фильтра из спеченного металла, неполнопоточного фильтра и экструдированного катализатора с сотовой структурой.
29. Применение композиционного материала по любому из пп. 1–12, композиции катализатора селективного каталитического восстановления (SCR) по п. 26 или 27 или каталитического изделия по п. 28 в процессе селективного каталитического восстановления (SCR).
30. Система обработки выхлопных газов для обработки потока выхлопных газов, образованных продуктами сгорания, система содержит источник выхлопных газов, образованных продуктами сгорания, в сообщении по текучей среде с композицией катализатора селективного каталитического восстановления (SCR) по п. 26 или 27 или каталитическим изделием по п. 28, и источник азотсодержащего восстановителя, расположенный выше по потоку от композиции катализатора селективного каталитического восстановления (SCR) или каталитического изделия.
