Claims (32)
1. Пленка промежуточного слоя для ламинированного стекла для использования в ламинированном стекле,
имеющая первый конец и второй конец, находящийся с противоположной стороны от первого конца,
причем второй конец имеет толщину больше, чем толщина первого конца,
причем пленка промежуточного слоя для ламинированного стекла в целом имеет угол клина 0,1 мрад или больше,
при этом данная пленка промежуточного слоя для ламинированного стекла имеет область с изменяющейся толщиной в области, простирающейся в направлении, перпендикулярном направлению, соединяющему первый конец и второй конец пленки промежуточного слоя, причем эта область с изменяющейся толщиной имеет стандартное (среднеквадратичное) отклонение для 11 частичных углов клина, измеренных с помощью нижеследующего способа измерения, равное 0,040 мрад или меньше,
где способ для измерения 11 частичных углов клина включает в себя: выбор 11 точек с интервалами 10 см в направлении, перпендикулярном к направлению, соединяющему первый конец и второй конец пленки промежуточного слоя; измерение в каждой из этих 11 точек частичного угла клина в области, простирающейся от положения, находящегося в 6 см на стороне первого конца от центра между первым концом и вторым концом пленки промежуточного слоя, до положения, находящегося в 14 см на стороне первого конца от центра между первым концом и вторым концом пленки промежуточного слоя; и получение измеренных значений 11 частичных углов клина путем проведения измерений во всех этих 11 точках.
2. Пленка промежуточного слоя для ламинированного стекла по п. 1, в которой среднее значение 11 частичных углов клина в области с изменяющейся толщиной составляет 0,1 мрад или больше и 0,9 мрад или меньше.
3. Пленка промежуточного слоя для ламинированного стекла по п. 1 или 2, содержащая термопластическую смолу.
4. Пленка промежуточного слоя для ламинированного стекла по любому из пп. 1–3, содержащая пластификатор.
5. Пленка промежуточного слоя для ламинированного стекла по любому из пп. 1–4, содержащая слой, содержащий термопластическую смолу и пластификатор в количестве 25 частей по массе или больше и 45 частей по массе или меньше на 100 частей по массе термопластической смолы.
6. Пленка промежуточного слоя для ламинированного стекла по любому из пп. 1–5, содержащая:
первый слой; и
второй слой, расположенный на первой поверхности первого слоя.
7. Пленка промежуточного слоя для ламинированного стекла по п. 6, в которой
первый слой содержит смолу поливинилацеталя,
второй слой содержит смолу поливинилацеталя, и
содержание гидроксильной группы в смоле поливинилацеталя в первом слое является более низким, чем содержание гидроксильной группы в смоле поливинилацеталя во втором слое.
8. Пленка промежуточного слоя для ламинированного стекла по п. 6 или 7, в которой
первый слой содержит смолу поливинилацеталя,
второй слой содержит смолу поливинилацеталя,
первый слой содержит пластификатор,
второй слой содержит пластификатор, и
содержание пластификатора в первом слое относительно 100 массовых частей смолы поливинилацеталя в первом слое больше, чем содержание пластификатора во втором слое относительно 100 массовых частей смолы поливинилацеталя во втором слое.
9. Рулон, содержащий:
намоточный сердечник; и
пленку промежуточного слоя для ламинированного стекла по любому из пп. 1–8,
причем пленка промежуточного слоя для ламинированного стекла наматывается вокруг внешней периферии намоточного сердечника.
10. Ламинированное стекло, содержащее:
первый элемент ламинированного стекла;
второй элемент ламинированного стекла; и
компонент в виде пленки промежуточного слоя, расположенный между первым элементом ламинированного стекла и вторым элементом ламинированного стекла,
причем данный компонент в виде пленки промежуточного слоя сформирован из пленки промежуточного слоя для ламинированного стекла по любому из пп. 1–8.
