Claims (1)

Способ деструкции медиальной ветви спинномозгового нерва, включающий денервацию медиальной ветви спинномозгового нерва путем пункции иглой с мандреном в области пораженного дугоотросчатого сустава, отличающийся тем, что заднебоковым доступом выполняют пункцию в проекции дугоотросчатого сустава до упора иглы с мандреном в место соединения поперечного отростка и дугоотросчатого сустава под рентген контролем, затем мандрен заменяют на оптоволоконный световод и производят деструкцию медиальной ветви спинномозгового нерва импульсным излучением лазера в режиме 970 нм 3-кратно с интервалом не более 5 секунд с постепенной обратной тракцией мандрена со световодом на 3 мм вдоль латеральной поверхности фасеточного сустава, частота излучения лазера 9 Гц, мощность 3 Вт в суммарной дозе тепловыделения 100 Дж, при этом время воздействия не более 15 секунд.A method of destruction of the medial branch of the spinal nerve, including denervation of the medial branch of the spinal nerve by puncture with a needle with a mandrel in the area of the affected facet joint, characterized in that the posterolateral access is performed in the projection of the facet joint to the stop of the needle with a mandrel at the junction of the transverse process X-ray control, then the mandrel is replaced with a fiber-optic light guide and the medial branch of the spinal nerve is destroyed by pulsed laser radiation in the 970 nm mode 3 times with an interval of no more than 5 seconds with gradual reverse traction of the mandrel with a 3 mm light guide along the lateral surface of the facet joint, radiation frequency laser 9 Hz, power 3 W in the total dose of heat release 100 J, while the exposure time is not more than 15 seconds.
