Abstract
The subject of the application is a method for increasing the saturation with collagen, in particular type I, V, VII tissues, especially skin. This method proceeds in subsequent stages: first, ultrasound with a high degree of focus and high frequency is administered to the dermis, subcutaneous tissue and muscle fascia, in particular using a HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) device and induction of local thermal coagulation, then irradiated locally the skin surface with laser light, preferably fractional and non-ablative, preferably neodymium-yag laser, for an hour or more, preferably introducing not less than 2.5 liters of liquid, preferably water, into the tissues, and the depth of skin irradiation with laser light is within the range from 0.5 to 1.5 mm, followed by sublimation and contraction of the skin, in particular around the eyes, with the help of a plasma micro beam. Preferably, a limited or multiple of a square or triangle with a side length of not more than 0.5 mm is subjected to the action of the plasma micro beam. Preferably, the sublimation points are separated from each other by a distance of not more than 1 mm, then preferably when at least one formulation containing at least collagen is applied to the skin surface, and preferably a UV filter not less than +50. The application also includes a device for increasing the collagen saturation of tissues, especially of the skin. This device contains at least a HIFU type ultrasonic emitter, fractional and non-ablative neodymium-yag laser as well as preferably a plasma micro beam generator and at least one optical fiber operating at a wavelength from 365 nm to 630 nm.
