Способ определения энергетической эффективности процесса обработки материалов электроискровым легированием, включающий измерение электрических параметров обработки с фиксированным напряжением на искровом промежутке в пределах контактного пятна, отличающийся тем, что величину энергии разрядных импульсов устанавливают на основе напряжения на искровом промежутке электрод-деталь с током, обеспечивающим энергию импульса в пределах 0,1÷15 джоулей на контактном пятне.A method for determining the energy efficiency of the process of processing materials by electrospark alloying, including measuring the electrical parameters of processing with a fixed voltage across the spark gap within the contact spot, characterized in that the value of the energy of the discharge pulses is set on the basis of the voltage across the spark gap electrode-workpiece with a current that provides the pulse energy within 0.1 ÷ 15 joules on the contact spot.
