Claims (19)

1. Композиция, содержащая:
данный штамм Lactobacillus rhamnosus и
данный штамм Lactobacillus paracasei, где отношение указанного данного штамма Lactobacillus rhamnosus к указанному данному штамму Lactobacillus paracasei (LRα:LPα) выше или равно 8:1.
2. Композиция по п. 1, где отношение LRa:LPa составляет между 9:1 10 и 15:1.
3. Композиция по п. 1 или 2, где композиция содержит по меньшей мере 106 колониеобразующих единиц на мл (КОЕ/мл) указанного данного штамма Lactobacillus rhamnosus.
4. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, где указанный данный штамм Lactobacillus rhamnosus выбран из группы, состоящей из штамма Lactobacillus rhamnosus CNCM I-3690 и штамма Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (ATCC 53103).
5. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-4, где указанный данный штамм Lactobacillus paracasei выбран из группы, состоящей из Lactobacillus paracasei CNCM I-3689 и Lactobacillus paracasei CNCM I-1518.
6. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-5, где композиция содержит по меньшей мере один дополнительный штамм Lactobacillus paracasei.
7. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-6, где композиция представляет собой пищевую композицию.
8. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-7, где композиция представляет собой молочный продукт.
9. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-8 для применения в улучшении целостности эпителиального барьера кишечника.
10. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-8 для применения в способе профилактики или лечения организма человека или животного.
11. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-8 для применения в профилактике или лечении нарушения, выбранного из группы, состоящей из нарушения желудочно-кишечного тракта, диабета 1 типа и ожирения.
12. Композиция для применения по п. 11, где нарушение желудочно-кишечного тракта представляет собой воспалительное заболевание кишечника (IBD) и/или синдром раздраженной кишки (IBS).
13. Способ получения композиции, включающий стадии:
добавления в среду данного штамма Lactobacillus rhamnosus и данного штамма Lactobacillus paracasei таким образом, чтобы получить отношение LRα:LPα в композиции, выше или равное 8:1, или
инокуляции среды для ферментации указанным данным штаммом Lactobacillus rhamnosus и указанным данным штаммом Lactobacillus paracasei, и
ферментации инокулированной среды посредством инкубации при температуре, подходящей для роста указанных штаммов, пока отношение LRα:LPα не станет выше или равным 8:1.
14. Способ получения композиции по любому из пп. 1-8.
