Claims (3)

  1. Светочувствительное устройство, содержащее:
  2. первый датчик, включающий в себя один или более фотодиодов, продуцирующих первый выходной ток; и
  3. первый интегратор, принимающий первый выходной ток и преобразующий его в первое выходное напряжение, причем первый интегратор содержит первый ключ и первый конденсатор и выполнен с возможностью интегрирования первого выходного тока в течение заданного периода времени интегрирования.
