Claims (10)

1. Деталь из прозрачной корундовой керамики, отличающаяся тем, что керамика является однократно или многократно легированной.
2. Деталь по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что общее количество легирующей примеси составляет ≤ 2000 частей на млн.
3. Деталь по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что она обладает матовостью менее 10%, предпочтительно менее 6%, особенно предпочтительно менее 3%.
4. Деталь по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что она обладает толщиной менее 800 мкм, предпочтительно менее 500 мкм, особенно предпочтительно менее 250 мкм.
5. Деталь по одному из пп. 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что средний размер зерен корундовой керамики (D50) составляет менее 750 нм, предпочтительно менее 500 нм, особенно предпочтительно менее 350 нм.
6. Способ изготовления детали из прозрачной корундовой керамики, отличающийся тем, что используемый в способе корундовый порошок является однократно или многократно легированным.
7. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что общее количество легирующей примеси составляет ≤ 2000 частей на млн.
8. Способ по п. 6 или 7, отличающийся тем, что он включает дополнительную стадию предварительного спекания.
9. Слоистый материал, включающий слой из детали из прозрачной корундовой керамики по одному из пп. 1-5 и по меньшей мере один другой слой из материала подложки.
10. Применение слоистого материала по п. 9 для дисплеев подводных компьютеров, мобильных телефонов, планшетов, записных книжек или часов, защитных часовых стекол, стойких к царапанью датчиков, наземных светильников, окон машин или линз камеры.
