Claims (18)
1. Выданное укупорочное средство с откидной верхней частью, содержащее основание, выполненное с возможностью соединения с горловиной емкости, и крышку, соединенную с основанием посредством шарнира с обеспечением ее перемещения между закрытым положением и открытым положением, причем
укупорочное средство содержит откидную полосу индикации несанкционированного вскрытия, выполненную с возможностью необратимого перемещения из первого положения во второе положение для указания того, что крышка была вскрыта,
крышка содержит удерживающие средства для нехрупкого удержания полосы в первом положении в начальном закрытом положении, и
при перемещении крышки в направлении открытого положения обеспечена возможность открепления полосы от удерживающих средств и ее перемещения во второе положение.
2. Укупорочное средство по п. 1, в котором основание выполнено с возможностью вызывать открепление полосы от крышки при ее перемещении из начального закрытого положения.
3. Укупорочное средство по п. 1 или 2, в котором полоса выполнена в целом кольцевой.
4. Укупорочное средство по п. 1 или 2, в котором полоса представляет собой единую конструкцию.
5. Укупорочное средство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором полоса содержит одну или более отгибающихся частей для обеспечения нехрупкого взаимодействия со средствами удержания крышки.
6. Укупорочное средство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором удерживающие средства содержат кольцевой буртик.
7. Укупорочное средство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором полоса расположена во внутренней части укупорочного средства.
8. Укупорочное средство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором средства для удержания способствуют предотвращению возврата полосы в первое положение.
9. Укупорочное средство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором крышка содержит окно, в котором или через которое видна полоса в первом положении и из которого обеспечено выпадение полосы при ее перемещении во второе положение.
10. Укупорочное средство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором основание содержит полость или карман, в который происходит сброс полосы.
11. Укупорочное средство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, который содержит выдачной элемент.
12. Укупорочное средство по п. 11, в котором выдачной элемент выполнен отдельно от основания и крышки.
13. Укупорочное средство по п. 11, в котором выдачной элемент выполнен заодно целое с основанием.
14. Укупорочное средство по любому из пп. 11-13, в котором выдачной элемент содержит горловину.
15. Укупорочное средство по любому из предшествующих пунктов в комбинации с емкостью.
