композицию полиола, содержащую инициированный амином полиол, составляющий от 10 до 20 процентов от общей массы композиции полиола, и дополнительный полиол, составляющий от 80 до 90 процентов от общей массы композиции полиола, причем указанный дополнительный полиол содержит трехфункциональный полиол, составляющий менее 10 процентов от общей массы композиции полиола, причем инициированный амином полиол имеет среднее гидроксильное число от 200 до 850;
полиизоцианат, причем состав пены имеет изоцианатное число в диапазоне от 70 до 500;
пенообразующий агент;
катализатор пенообразования, содержащий пентаметилдиэтилентриамин; и
катализатор гелеобразования, содержащий диметилциклогексиламин, причем комбинация катализатора пенообразования и катализатора гелеобразования составляет от 0,5 до 1,5 процента от общей массы композиции полиола, причем катализатор пенообразования составляет от 60 до 100 процентов от общей массы катализатора пенообразования и катализатора гелеобразования.
2. Состав пены по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что указанная комбинация катализатора пенообразования и катализатора гелеобразования составляет от 0,5 до 1,3 процента от общей массы композиции полиола.
3. Состав пены по любому из пп. 1-2, дополнительно содержащий катализатор тримеризации, выбранный из группы, состоящей из 1,3,5-трис-(N,N-диметиламинопропил)-s-гексагидротриазина, [2,4,6-трис-(диметиламинометил)-фенола], гидроксида натрия, гидроксида тетраметиламмония, метоксида натрия, изопропоксида калия и комбинаций указанных соединений.
4. Состав пены по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что указанный катализатор тримеризации составляет от 0,1 до 1,5 процента от общей массы композиции полиола.
5. Жесткая полиуретановая пена, полученная путем отверждения одного из составов пен по пп. 1-4.
6. Жесткая полиуретановая пена по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что указанная жесткая полиуретановая пена имеет теплопроводность менее 20 милливатт/метр·Кельвин.
7. Жесткая полиуретановая пена по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что указанная жесткая полиуретановая пена имеет средний диаметр пор от 175 до 250 микрон.
8. Способ получения состава пены, включающий:
получение композиции полиола путем объединения инициированного амином полиола и дополнительного полиола, причем указанный инициированный амином полиол составляет от 10 до 20 процентов от общей массы композиции полиола, причем дополнительный полиол составляет от 80 до 90 процентов от общей массы композиции полиола, причем указанный дополнительный полиол содержит трехфункциональный полиол, составляющий менее 10 процентов от общей массы композиции полиола, причем инициированный амином полиол имеет среднее гидроксильное число от 200 до 850; и
объединение композиции полиола с полиизоцианатом, для обеспечения изоцианатного числа от 70 до 500, пенообразующим агентом, катализатором пенообразования, содержащим пентаметилдиэтилентриамин, и катализатором гелеобразования, содержащим диметилциклогексиламин, причем комбинация катализатора пенообразования и катализатора гелеобразования, составляет от 0,5 до 1,5 процента от общей массы композиции полиола, причем катализатор пенообразования составляет от 60 до 100 процентов от общей массы катализатора пенообразования и катализатора гелеобразования.
9. Способ по п. 8, дополнительно включающий введение состава пены в форму со сниженным атмосферным давлением.
