Claims (2)
1. Способ стимулирования ангиогенеза с использованием генетически модифицированных клеток крови пуповины, заключающийся в том, что в область ишемии вводят трансдуцированные комбинацией Ad VEGF+ Ad Ang мононуклеарные клетки крови пуповины.
2. Способ стимулирования ангиогенеза по п. 1, заключающийся в том, что трансдуцированные комбинацией Ad VEGF+ Ad Ang мононуклеарные клетки крови пуповины вводят в область ишемии в объеме 0,2 мл клеток, с трансдуцированными генами VEGF+ANG, с общим количеством вирусных частиц в объеме 2×1010.
