Claims (8)
1. Корпус (1) вентилятора авиационного двигателя (2), в зоне вентилятора (3) с несколькими в основном цилиндрически расположенными и соединенными друг с другом слоями из усиленного волокнами синтетического материала, причем между внутренним слоем (4) и наружным слоем (5) расположен усиливающий слой (6) из усиленного стекловолокном синтетического материала, отличающийся тем, что усиливающий слой (6) состоит из, по меньшей мере, 20 слоев усиленного стекловолокном синтетического материал, причем с обеих сторон усиливающего слоя (6) расположены деформационные слои (7), имеющие более низкую прочность, чем усиливающий слой (6), причем между внутреннем слоем (4) и усиливающем слоем (6) в зоне вентилятора расположено направляющее кольцо (11) из материала с более высокой прочностью, чем деформационные слои (7), причем направляющее кольцо (11) имеет клиновидное поперечное сечение с направленной на вентилятор (3) наклонной плоскостью (12).
2. Корпус (1) по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один деформационный слой (7) образован с помощью ячеистой структуры.
3. Корпус (1) по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один деформационный слой (7) образован с помощью вспененного материала.
4. Корпус (1) по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что в наружном слое (5) интегрирован, по меньшей мере, один крепежный фланец (8, 9).
5. Корпус (1) по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что на внутреннем слое (4) в зоне вентилятора (3) расположен контактный слой (10) из деформируемого материала.
6. Корпус (1) по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что контактный слой (10) образован из усиленной стекловолокном смолы.
7. Корпус (1) по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающийся тем, что направляющее кольцо (11) образовано из металла, в частности стали.
8. Корпус (1) по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающийся тем, что направляющее кольца (11) образовано из усиленного арамидными волокнами синтетического материала.
