Claims (12)
1. Способ изготовления брони (4) для защищенных транспортных средств (1), включающий следующие стадии:
подготовки (S1) изготовленной из металла и/или неметалла подложки (5); и
покрытия (S2) подложки (5) с помощью метода термического напыления.
2. Способ по п. 1, при котором подложку (5) покрывают с помощью метода электродугового напыления.
3. Способ по п. 2, при котором метод электродугового напыления осуществляют с помощью азота, смесей азота и активного газа или воздуха в качестве технологического газа (16).
4. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, при котором на подложку (5) наносят покрытие (6) с толщиной (d6) слоя от 50 до 400 мкм.
5. Способ по п. 4, при котором покрытие (6) выполняют из твердого сплава.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, при котором подложка (5) представляет собой стальную пластину.
7. Устройство (3) для изготовления брони (4) для защищенных транспортных средств (1), содержащее подготовительное приспособление (25) для подготовки выполненной из металла и/или неметалла подложки (5), и приспособление (26) для покрытия подложки (5) с помощью метода термического напыления.
8. Устройство по п. 7, содержащее первый механизм (7) подачи для первой распыляемой проволоки (8) и второй механизм (9) подачи для второй распыляемой проволоки (10).
9. Устройство по п. 8, дополнительно содержащее первую направляющую (11) для первой распыляемой проволоки (8) и вторую направляющую (12) для второй распыляемой проволоки (10).
10. Устройство по п. 9, дополнительно содержащее распылительное сопло (15), которое расположено между первой направляющей (11) проволоки и второй направляющей (12) проволоки.
