Claims (27)

1. Система охлаждения затопленного типа, содержащая:
испаритель хладагента,
компрессор хладагента,
конденсатор хладагента,
дроссельное устройство, и
подогреватель хладагента, расположенный перед входом в испаритель хладагента и выполненный с возможностью нагрева жидкого хладагента перед его входом в испаритель до температуры, которая составляет 10-80% от разницы рабочей температуры испарителя и рабочей температуры конденсатора,
в которой указанный подогреватель обеспечивает уменьшение соотношения заряда хладагента и холодопроизводительности на по меньшей мере 10%.
2. Система охлаждения по п. 1, в которой указанный подогреватель хладагента представляет собой теплообменник.
3. Система охлаждения по п. 2, в которой источник тепла указанного теплообменника с подогревателем представляет собой теплый жидкий хладагент, выходящий из указанного конденсатора хладагента.
4. Система охлаждения по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая сепараторный элемент, выполненный с возможностью отделения жидкого хладагента от парообразного на выходе из указанного испарителя.
5. Система охлаждения по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая питающий насос испарителя, расположенный перед испарителем.
6. Система охлаждения по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая систему оттаивания.
7. Система охлаждения по п. 1, в которой указанный испаритель, компрессор, конденсатор, дроссельное устройство и подогреватель соединены в линии тока хладагента.
8. Система охлаждения, содержащая:
испаритель хладагента, характеризующийся наличием входа и выхода,
сепаратор жидкости и пара, характеризующийся наличием входа, выхода для пара и выхода для жидкости;
компрессор хладагента, характеризующийся наличием входа и выхода;
конденсатор хладагента, характеризующийся наличием входа и выхода;
дроссельное устройство, характеризующееся наличием входа и выхода, и
подогреватель хладагента, характеризующийся наличием входа и выхода, расположенный перед входом в испаритель хладагента;
в которой указанный испаритель, сепаратор, компрессор, конденсатор, подогреватель и дроссельное устройство соединены с одной или несколькими линиями тока хладагент через магистраль хладагента.
9. Система охлаждения по п. 8, в которой указанная система представляет собой затопленную систему.
10. Способ уменьшения заряда хладагента испарителя системы охлаждения, предусматривающий подогрев жидкого хладагента перед его подачей на указанный вход в испаритель.
11. Способ по п. 10, дополнительно предусматривающий измерение свойства указанного хладагента на входе указанного испарителя и регулирование величины указанного подогрева на основании указанного измеренного свойства.
12. Способ по п. 10, в котором указанный подогрев хладагента перед его подачей на вход в испаритель обеспечивает уменьшение заряда хладагента на тонну холодопроизводительности на 10% или более.
13. Способ по п. 12, в котором указанный подогрев хладагента перед его подачей на вход в испаритель обеспечивает уменьшение заряд хладагента на тонну холодопроизводительности на 30% или более.
14. Способ по п. 10, предусматривающий нагрев указанного жидкого хладагента для преобразования 10-30% парообразного хладагента.
