Claims (5)

Компрессионно-дистракционный аппарат для устранения деформации черепа, преимущественно явившейся результатом преждевременного заращения черепных швов, включающий пару пластин, одна предназначенная для соединения с неподвижной частью черепа, а другая - для соединения с перемещаемой частью черепа, каждая из которых имеет поперечный выступ со стороны, противоположной стороне, предназначенной для контакта с частями черепа, при этом каждый поперечный выступ имеет ориентированное вдоль пластины сквозное отверстие с винтовой резьбой, и пару ходовых винтов, обращенные друг к другу концы которых соединены шарнирной муфтой, причем один ходовой винт имеет правую резьбу и посредством сквозного отверстия с винтовой резьбой взаимодействует с поперечным выступом одной пластины, а другой ходовой винт имеет левую резьбу и посредством сквозного отверстия с винтовой резьбой взаимодействует с поперечным выступом другой пластины, отличающийся тем, что одна из пластин, предназначенная для соединения с частью черепа, и ходовой винт, предназначенный для соединения с ней, соединены между собой посредством поперечного выступа, жестко закрепленного на этой пластине, в сквозное отверстие которого с винтовой резьбой ввинчен ходовой винт, а другая пластина, предназначенная для соединения с другой частью черепа, и ходовой винт, предназначенный для соединения с ней, соединены между собой посредством поперечного выступа, закрепленного с возможностью поворота на этой пластине вокруг продольной оси поперечного выступа, в сквозное отверстие которого с винтовой резьбой ввинчен ходовой винт.1.
