내측단부는 상기 철봉본체(14)의 양쪽 끝부분 내주면에 형성된 나사부(12)에 길이 조절가능하게 결합되고, 외측단부는 상기 받침대(22)상의 끼움홈(20)에 끼워져 걸리면서 철봉본체(14)가 견고하게 지지되도록 하는 좌우 한쌍의 지지봉(30)과;
윗부분의 면상에 상기 지지봉(30)의 내측단부에 임의 회동되지 않게 끼워지기 위한 다각공(32)이 형성되고, 하단부의 면상에는 펀칭볼(34)과 결합된 연결줄의 외측단에 형성된 걸림고리(36)가 끼워져 걸리는 고리끼움공(38)이 형성된 펀칭볼 장착편(40)과;
