A method for treating radiation injuries of the pelvic organs, including systemic and local exposure to the drug in the area of the pathological focus, characterized in that the ultrasound probe with the adapter is first transvaginally or transrectally introduced, then an injection needle is passed through the adapter channel into the zone of greatest interest and a homogeneous liquid mixture is injected rexoda in a dosage of 6.4 million units to 12.8 million units in conjunction with dexomethasone in a dosage of 6.0 mg to 10.0 mg, while the course of treatment is 5 injections every other day after further evaluating the effectiveness of treatment, and using an ultrasound examination, the volume of the bladder, the structure of the affected organ and the nature of the surrounding tissues are assessed, as well as the state of the kidneys, their size and condition of the pyelocaliceal system are assessed by the degree of expansion, and the degree of cystoscopy is assessed ulcerative defect of the wall of the bladder, the severity of its hyperemia and edema; according to the results of X-ray contrast studies, the degree of restoration of urodynamics and the nature of the passage of feces are evaluated.
