Claims (1)

Способ выявления больных с острой порфирией, отличающийся тем, что определяют клинико-лабораторные критерии: пол, возраст; данные анамнеза: прием новых лекарственных препаратов, алкоголя, вновь выявленной патологии печени, появление симптомов заболевания в предменструальном периоде; наличие эмоциональной неустойчивости; определяют также наличие тахикардии, артериальной гипертензии, дискинезии желудочно-кишечного тракта: наличие запора или диареи, тошноты и рвоты, наличие болей в животе; выявляют наличие мочи темного цвета при дневном освещении, определяют наличие мышечной слабости в виде тетрапареза, парапареза, гемипареза; а также наличие нарушения контроля мочеиспускания и дефекации; выявляют нарушение чувствительности, определяют температуру тела, появление галлюцинаций и бреда, эпилептиформных припадков, а также определяют наличие одышки, пареза лицевого нерва, бульбарных нарушений, в качестве лабораторных показателей выявляют наличие лейкоцитоза более 12*109/л и СОЭ более 30 мм/ч, билирубинурии, эритроцитурии, превышение референсных значений показателей мочевой кислоты и мочевины и гипонатриемии; клинико-лабораторным критериям присваивают баллы в соответствии с таблицей 1, содержащейся в описании, полученные баллы суммируют, и если сумма баллов менее 5 - диагноз острой порфирии маловероятен, от 5 до 15 - порфирия возможна, если более 15, то диагноз острой порфирии высоковероятен.A method for identifying patients with acute porphyria, characterized in that they determine the clinical and laboratory criteria: gender, age; medical history: taking new drugs, alcohol, newly diagnosed liver pathology, the appearance of symptoms of the disease in the premenstrual period; the presence of emotional instability; also determine the presence of tachycardia, arterial hypertension, dyskinesia of the gastrointestinal tract: the presence of constipation or diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, the presence of abdominal pain; detect the presence of dark-colored urine in daylight, determine the presence of muscle weakness in the form of tetraparesis, paraparesis, hemiparesis; as well as the presence of impaired control of urination and bowel movements; detect a violation of sensitivity, determine body temperature, the appearance of hallucinations and delirium, epileptiform seizures, and also determine the presence of dyspnea, paresis of the facial nerve, bulbar disorders, as the laboratory indicators reveal the presence of leukocytosis more than 12 * 10 9 / l and ESR more than 30 mm / h , bilirubinuria, erythrocyturia, excess of the reference values of uric acid and urea and hyponatremia; Clinical and laboratory criteria are assigned points in accordance with Table 1 in the description, the obtained points are summarized, and if the total score is less than 5, the diagnosis of acute porphyria is unlikely, from 5 to 15 - porphyria is possible, if more than 15, then the diagnosis of acute porphyria is highly likely.
