Claims (22)
1. Портативный насос для введения текучей среды пациенту, содержащий дугообразный поршень, снабженный зубчатой рейкой, перемещающийся внутри дугообразного цилиндра и приводимый в действие приводом без двигателя, предпочтительно вручную, отличающийся тем, что он имеет кожух, содержащий по меньшей мере верхнюю оболочку, имеющую по меньшей мере одно отверстие.
2. Насос по п. 1, поворотный привод которого расположен в отверстии оболочки кожуха и содержит по меньшей мере одну шестерню.
3. Насос по п. 1, содержащий возвратный элемент для привода и ограничительный элемент для привода, предпочтительно выполненный с возможностью перемещения.
4. Насос по п. 2, в котором шестерня привода приводит в действие по меньшей мере одну зубчатую передачу, приводящую в движение дугообразный поршень посредством зубчатой рейки.
5. Насос по п. 4, в котором шестерня привода содержит свободное колесо и храповик.
6. Насос по п. 4, в котором колесо зубчатой передачи удерживается на пластине, прикрепленной к по меньшей мере одной оболочке кожуха.
7. Насос по п. 1, в котором привод приводится в действие автоматическим механическим движением, предпочтительно обеспечиваемым пружиной.
8. Насос по п. 2, содержащий опорный элемент, выполненный с возможностью обнаружения порогового значения приводного усилия поршня.
9. Насос по п. 8, в котором одна из шестерней зубчатой передачи блокируется в запирающем пазу, когда приводное усилие поршня превышает пороговое значение обнаружения опорного элемента, выполненного с возможностью обнаружения порогового значения приводного усилия поршня.
10. Насос по п. 1, содержащий
- съемный держатель, расположенный на верхней оболочке,
- соединитель, в который вставляют съемный резервуар, и
- привод, связанный с опорным элементом поршня.
11. Насос по п. 10, в котором устройство для введения канюли соединено со съемным держателем с возможностью отсоединения.
12. Насос по п. 11, в котором устройство для введения канюли является устройством многоразового использования.
13. Насос по п. 1, в котором все или некоторые детали являются одноразовыми и предпочтительно стерильны.
14. Насос по п. 1, в котором цилиндр изготовлен путем ввода термопластика в литейную форму, согласно способу, включающему по меньшей мере:
- этап поворота частично тороидального сердечника внутри литьевой полости,
- этап ввода материала после расположения частично тороидального сердечника в литьевой полости,
- этап поворота частично тороидального сердечника в отведенное положение,
- этап выталкивания цилиндра из литьевой формы, когда сердечник находится в отведенном положении.
15. Насос по п. 11, в котором устройство для введения канюли содержит возвратный элемент, предпочтительно приводимый в напряженное состояние в результате вращения рукоятки.
