Claims (1)

  1. Цифровой коллиматор, включающий оптически связанные осветитель, тест-объект и объектив, отличающийся тем, что в качестве тест-объекта использован модуль цифрового микрозеркального устройства, выход которого предназначен для подключения к компьютеру, содержит светоделитель и передающий объектив, расположенные между тест-объектом и объективом, при этом осветитель оптически связан с тест-объектом посредством указанного светоделителя, расположенного под углом к оптической оси цифрового коллиматора.
