Claims (26)
1. Полимерная композиция, пригодная для изготовления синтетических напольных покрытий, включающая 75-90 мас.% минерального наполнителя, 5-20 мас.% поливинилхлорида и 5-15 мас.% добавок, характеризующаяся тем, что:
по меньшей мере, 50 мас.% поливинилхлорида представляет собой поливинилхлорид, пригодный для повторного использования; и
по меньшей мере, 50 мас.% добавок представляет собой эпоксидированное соевое масло.
2. Полимерная композиция по п. 1, в которой переработанный поливинилхлорид представляет собой переработанный блистерный ПВХ.
3. Полимерная композиция по п. 1, в которой по меньшей мере, 75 мас.% поливинилхлорида представляет собой переработанный поливинилхлорид.
4. Полимерная композиция по п. 1, включающая 2,5-5 мас.% эпоксидированного масла соевых бобов.
5. Полимерная композиция по п. 1, включающая 80-90 мас.% минерального наполнителя.
6. Полимерная композиция по п. 1, в которой минеральный наполнитель включает доломит.
7. Полимерная композиция по п. 1, включающая
80-90 мас.% минерального наполнителя;
5-10 мас.% переработанного ПВХ;
2,5-5 мас.% эпоксидированного соевого масла;
1-5 мас.% ПВХ;
0,5-1,5 мас.% пигмента; и
до 11 мас.% одной или нескольких добавок, выбранных из пластификаторов, стабилизаторов, смазок, технологических добавок, регуляторов рН, смачивающих агентов, диспергаторов, пеногасителей и загустителей.
8. Полимерная композиция по п. 7, в которой рецептура включает в качестве дополнительной добавки 0-3 мас.% смазывающего вещества.
9. Полимерная композиция по п. 8, в которой смазывающее вещество представляет собой углеводородную смолу.
10. Полимерная композиция по п. 8, в которой технологическая добавка представляет собой тальк.
11. Полимерная композиция по п. 9, в которой технологическая добавка представляет собой тальк.
12. Способ изготовления синтетического напольного покрытия, включающий следующие стадии:
(i) приготовление полимерной композиции по любому из пп. 1-11;
(ii) превращение указанной композиции в плитку или листы путем термоформования.
13. Способ по п. 11, в котором стадию (ii) осуществляют путем каландрирования, формовки или экструзии.
14. Применение композиции по любому из пп. 1-11 для изготовления синтетического напольного покрытия, в частности плитки из виниловой композиции (VCT).
15. Синтетическое напольное покрытие, изготовленное из полимерной композиции по любому из пп. 1-11.
16. Синтетические напольные покрытия по п. 15, выполненное в виде плитки из виниловой композиции (VCT).
