Claims (3)

Карусельное ветроколесо, содержащее махи с лопастями и демферами, расположенными между двумя разделительными плоскостями, на махах шарнирно закреплены лопасти с возможностью поворота вокруг оси, причем ось вращения каждой лопасти совпадает с ее ближайшей боковой кромкой и у каждой лопасти предусмотрен демпфер, отличающееся тем, что махи из лопастей и демпферов непосредственно закрепляются в виде нескольких не пересекающихся равных хорд на верхнем и нижнем дисках, используемых в качестве разделительных плоскостей, а радиусы, проведенные через середины этих хорд, образуют между собой равные углы α=2π/к, где к - количество хорд на дисках, к тому же два комплекта из лопастей и демпферов каждой из хорд находятся на разных сторонах-половинках относительно ее средины, причем расстояния между осями соседних лопастей каждой половинки хорды и размеры лопастей выполнены такими, что в рабочем режиме зазоры между соседними лопастями были минимальны, зазоры между кромками лопастей параллельных дискам и дисками выполнены минимальными, допускающими свободное вращение лопастей относительно дисков.1.
