Claims (21)
1. Крепежный шуруп (1), содержащий:
головку (2)
буравчик (3), при этом буравчик имеет сужающуюся форму, сужающуюся от стержня (4) к концу (5) шурупа, и содержит резьбу (6) буравчика,
при этом резьба (6) буравчика проходит до самого конца (5) шурупа, при этом крепежный шуруп (1) также содержит
стержень (4), расположенный между головкой (2) и буравчиком (3),
при этом стержень (4) имеет резьбу (7) стержня, причем
шаг (Р1) резьбы (7) стержня больше, чем шаг (Р2) резьбы (6) буравчика, и впадина профиля буравчика (3) имеет форму усеченного конуса.
2. Шуруп по п. 1, в котором в профиле резьбы (6) буравчика угол (α2) передней кромки выбран в диапазоне 45-65°, а угол (β2) задней кромки выбран в диапазоне 10-50°.
3. Шуруп по п. 2, в котором угол (α2) передней кромки выбран в диапазоне 45-65°, и угол (β2) задней кромки выбран в диапазоне 45-65°.
4. Шуруп по п. 2, в котором угол (α2) передней кромки выбран в диапазоне 45-65°, а угол (β2) задней кромки выбран в диапазоне 5-15°.
5. Шуруп по любому из пп.1-4, в котором в профиле резьбы (6) буравчика угол (α2) передней кромки профиля к осевому направлению (А) шурупа больше, чем угол (β2) задней кромки этого профиля, поэтому профиль резьбы (6) буравчика асимметричен.
6. Шуруп по любому из пп.1-4, в котором высота резьбы (6) буравчика постоянна.
7. Шуруп по любому из пп.1-4, в котором угол (γ) конусности буравчика (3) составляет 15-20°.
8. Шуруп по любому из пп.1-4, в котором резьба (6) буравчика является двухзаходной.
9. Шуруп по любому из п.п.1-4, в котором наружный диаметр (D) резьбы стержня равен 2,5-6,5 мм.
10. Шуруп по любому из пп.1-4, в котором в профиле резьбы (7) стержня угол (α1) передней кромки выбран в диапазоне 25-50°, а угол (β1) задней кромки выбран в диапазоне 10-35°.
11. Шуруп по п. 10, в котором угол (α1) передней кромки выбран в диапазоне 25-35°, и угол (β1) задней кромки выбран в диапазоне 25-35°.
12. Шуруп по п. 10, в котором угол (α1) передней кромки выбран в диапазоне 40-50°, а угол (β1) задней кромки выбран в диапазоне 10-20°.
13. Шуруп по любому из пп.1-4, 11 и 12, в котором высота резьбы (7) стержня постоянна.
14. Шуруп по любому из пп.1-4, 11 и 12, в котором угол (α1) передней кромки резьбы (7) стержня меньше, чем угол (α2) передней кромки резьбы (6) буравчика.
15. Шуруп по любому из пп.1-4, 11 и 12, содержащий буравчик (3) содержит перо для дерева, известное, как тип 17.
