Claims (24)
1. Носимое инфузионное устройство, содержащее:
резервуар для жидкого лекарственного средства;
выпускное отверстие для доставки жидкого лекарственного средства в организм пациента;
насос, который вытесняет объем жидкого лекарственного средства при приведении в действие;
по меньшей мере, первый клапан, второй клапан и третий клапан, причем клапаны обеспечивают сообщение по текучей среде между резервуаром и насосом в первой конфигурации клапанов и обеспечивают сообщение по текучей среде между насосом и выпуском во второй конфигурации клапанов, причем, по меньшей мере, два из клапанов закрыты для предотвращения протекания текучей среды из резервуара в выпуск при нахождении клапанов в первой конфигурации клапанов, причем первый, второй и третий клапаны составляют перепускной клапан;
диск кодового датчика, установленный с возможностью поворота в инфузионном устройстве;
считывающее устройство кодового датчика, неподвижно закрепленное вблизи в инфузионном устройстве;
антенна ближнего поля, находящаяся в электрической связи со считывающим устройством кодового датчика;
при этом диск кодового датчика выполнен с возможностью перемещения, по меньшей мере, на один дискретный шаг при приведении насоса в действие.
2. Устройство по п. 1, включающее в себя первое средство управления, которое задает конфигурацию клапанов, и второе средство управления, которое приводит в действие насос.
3. Устройство по п. 2, дополнительно содержащее соединение, которое предотвращает приведение в действие насоса вторым средством управления до тех пор, пока первое средство управления не установит клапаны во вторую конфигурацию клапанов.
4. Устройство по п. 3, в котором клапаны установлены так, чтобы предотвратить сообщение по текучей среде выпуска с резервуаром.
5. Устройство по п. 1, в котором клапаны установлены так, чтобы предотвратить сообщение по текучей среде выпуска с резервуаром.
6. Устройство по п. 1, содержащее первое средство управления, которое задает конфигурацию клапанов, и второе средство управления, которое приводит в действие насос.
7. Устройство по п. 6, дополнительно содержащее соединение, которое предотвращает приведение в действие насоса вторым средством управления до тех пор, пока первое средство управления не установит клапаны во вторую конфигурацию клапанов.
8. Устройство по п. 1, в котором клапаны могут работать независимо от насоса.
9. Устройство по п. 1, в котором клапаны и насос выполнены с возможностью работы исключительно от ручной силы, приложенной к первому и второму средствам управления.
10. Устройство по п. 1, в котором насос представляет собой поршневой насос.
11. Устройство по п. 10, в котором диск кодового датчика содержит множество зубьев, расположенных по окружности.
12. Устройство по п. 11, в котором диск кодового датчика содержит множество электрических контактов, размещенных на его поверхности.
13. Устройство по п. 12, в котором количество зубьев по окружности диска кодового датчика пропорционально размеру резервуара.
14. Устройство по п. 12, в котором количество электрических контактов равно результату формулы 1 + FLOOR [log2(N)+1] или больше него, где N — количество зубьев, размещенных по окружности диска кодового датчика.
15. Устройство по п. 10, содержащее систему храповика, позволяющего диску кодового датчика поворачиваться в одном направлении.
16. Устройство по п. 10, содержащее собачку, выполненную с возможностью прижатия к зубьям, расположенным по окружности диска кодового датчика 300, когда насос приведен в действие.
