Claims (23)
1. Устройство для in vitro тестирования абсорбирующего изделия, содержащее:
a) рентгенопроницаемую барокамеру, содержащую:
i) рентгенопроницаемую имитируемую полость тела, сконструированную и выполненную с возможностью вмещать абсорбирующее изделие;
ii) порт для тестируемой жидкости и
iii) систему контроля давления;
b) радиологическое устройство для сбора радиологических данных от абсорбирующего изделия, имеющее:
i) опору рентгенопроницаемого испытательного устройства, способную вмещать рентгенопроницаемую барокамеру; и
ii) по меньшей мере один радиосканирующий элемент, выполненный с возможностью вращения вокруг опоры рентгенопроницаемого испытательного устройства; и
c) вычислительное устройство, функционально соединенное с радиологическим устройством и имеющее программу для анализа данных, собранных радиологическим устройством.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором рентгенопроницаемая имитируемая полость тела содержит модель влагалища.
3. Способ для in vitro тестирования абсорбирующего изделия, включающий этапы, на которых:
а) абсорбирующее изделие вводят в рентгенопроницаемую имитируемую полость тела;
b) рентгенопроницаемую имитируемую полость тела помещают в рентгенопроницаемую барокамеру, содержащую;
i) имитируемую полость тела, сконструированную и выполненную с возможностью вмещать абсорбирующее изделие;
ii) порт для тестируемой жидкости; и
iii) систему контроля давления;
c) рентгенопроницаемую барокамеру помещают на опору рентгенопроницаемого испытательного устройства в радиологическом устройстве для сбора радиологических данных от абсорбирующего изделия, имеющего по меньшей пере один радиосканирующий элемент, выполненный с возможностью вращения вокруг опоры рентгенопроницаемого испытательного устройства;
d) давление в рентгенопроницаемой барокамере доводят до предварительно заданного давления;
e) подают тестируемую жидкость через порт для тестируемой жидкости и к абсорбирующему изделию;
f) проводят сбор данных, относящихся к абсорбирующему изделию и тестируемой жидкости, посредством радиологического устройства и связанного вычислительного устройства; и
g) анализируют полученные данные.
4. Способ по п. 3, в котором рентгенопроницаемая имитируемая полость тела содержит модель влагалища.
5. Способ по п. 3, в котором предварительно заданное давление в рентгенопроницаемой барокамере находится в диапазоне от около 20 до около 50 см H2O.
