Claims (20)
1. Светоизлучающий модуль (1), содержащий:
камеру (10) смешивания, выполненную с возможностью смешивать свет, причем камера (10) смешивания содержит основание (12), имеющее высокоотражающую внутреннюю поверхность, окружающую боковую стенку (14), имеющую высокоотражающую внутреннюю поверхность, и полуотражающее окно (16) выхода света; и
по меньшей мере один светоизлучающий диод (5), расположенный на внутренней поверхности окружающей боковой стенки (14) так, что свет, излученный по меньшей мере одним светоизлучающим диодом (5), излучается внутрь камеры (10) смешивания для смешивания излученного света внутри камеры (10) смешивания,
причем полуотражающее окно (16) выхода света выполнено с возможностью вывода света, излученного из по меньшей мере одного светоизлучающего диода (5) и смешанного внутри камеры (10) смешивания,
причем соотношение размеров ширины (W) и высоты (Н) камеры (10) смешивания находится в диапазоне от 1 до 8,
причем отражательная способность полуотражающего окна (16) выхода света находится в диапазоне от 30% до 80% для света, излученного светоизлучающим диодом (5).
2. Светоизлучающий модуль (1) по п. 1, в котором поглощение света, излученного из светоизлучающего диода (5), полуотражающим окном (16) выхода света составляет менее 2%.
3. Светоизлучающий модуль (1) по п. 1 или 2, в котором по меньшей мере один светоизлучающий диод (5) расположен смежно с основанием (12).
4. Светоизлучающий модуль (1) по п. 1, в котором высокоотражающий означает отражающий в диапазоне 90-100% для света, излученного светоизлучающим диодом (5).
5. Светоизлучающий модуль (1) по п. 1, в котором основание (12) и сечение, взятое в плоскости, параллельной основанию (12), окружающей боковой стенки (14) имеют одну из форм круга, эллипса, прямоугольника и шестиугольника.
6. Светоизлучающий модуль (1) по п. 1, в котором окно (16) выхода света рассеивающее.
7. Светоизлучающий модуль (1) по п. 1, в котором окно (16) выхода света изогнуто и/или имеет куполообразную форму.
8. Светоизлучающий модуль (1) по п. 1, в котором светоизлучающий модуль дополнительно содержит отражающую структуру (20).
9. Светоизлучающий модуль (1) по п. 8, в котором отражающая структура (20) расположена на основании (12).
10. Светоизлучающий модуль (1) по п. 1, в котором по меньшей мере один светоизлучающий диод (5) расположен на гибкой полосе.
11. Светоизлучающий модуль (1) по п. 1, в котором камера (10) смешивания имеет форму кольца и содержит внутреннюю стенку (15), имеющую высокоотражающую поверхность, обращенную к по меньшей мере одному светоизлучающему диоду (5).
12. Светоизлучающий модуль (1) по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий электронные компоненты, расположенные на основании (12).
13. Светоизлучающий модуль (1) по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий полость (18) между основанием (12) и отражающей фольгой (21), в которой расположены один или более электронных компонентов (30).
14. Лампа (60), содержащая светоизлучающий модуль (1) по любому из пп. 1-13.
15. Осветительный прибор (70), содержащий светоизлучающий модуль (1) по любому из пп. 1-13 или содержащий лампу (60) по п. 14.
