1.      Способ определения восстановительного потенциала у спортсменов, развивающих аэробно-анаэробную выносливость, включающий запись электрокардиограммы пациента с последующим анализом ритмограммы, отличающийся тем, что электрокардиограмму пациента, записанную при велоэргометрическом обследовании, анализируют путем выделения последовательного временного ряда RR-длительностей и определения pNN15 – процента пар RR-интервалов с разностью 15 мс и более к общему числу кардиоинтервалов на 3-й минуте нагрузочного периода, при этом величина pNN15 обусловливает уровень восстановительного потенциала, значение pNN15 в диапазоне 2-7% определяет достаточный, менее 2 – низкий, более 7 – высокий восстановительный потенциал. 1.
