Abstract
1. A method for determining the individual tolerance level of dosed physical activity in children based on determining the level of lactate in capillary blood, characterized in that the lactate content is determined in two stages, where: - in the first, it is determined in 10 μl. capillary blood before a stress test (initial level), - on the second - determine the final level of lactate in 10 μl. capillary blood 5 minutes after a stress test, and then judge whether the dosed physical load matches the individual endurance level of the subject, taking into account changes in the lactate content in capillary blood. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that during the study, blood pressure and heart rate are measured in the subject 1 minute before and after exercise. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the load test of the examinee is carried out at a maximum pace by running at a given distance, with the pedometer counting the number of steps.
