Комплексная оценка динамики параметров спектрального анализа ВРС и значений ЧСС и артериального давления в течение тилт-теста, отличающаяся от рутинного исследования параметров спектрального анализа ВРС в течение тилт-теста, позволяет установить, что основным пусковым механизмом рефлекторных синкопе у большинства детей является значительное уменьшение симпатических и вагусных влияний с достоверным снижением систолического давления.
