Комплексная оценка динамики параметров спектрального анализа ВРС и значений ЧСС и артериального давления в течение тилт-теста, отличающаяся от рутинного исследования параметров спектрального анализа ВРС в течение тилт-теста, позволяет установить, что основным пусковым механизмом рефлекторных синкопе у большинства детей является значительное уменьшение симпатических и вагусных влияний с достоверным снижением систолического давления.A comprehensive assessment of the dynamics of the parameters of spectral analysis of HRV and the values of heart rate and blood pressure during the tilt test, which differs from the routine study of the parameters of spectral analysis of HRV during the tilt test, allows us to establish that the main trigger for reflex syncope in most children is a significant decrease in sympathetic and vagal influences with a significant decrease in systolic pressure.

Комплексная оценка динамики параметров спектрального анализа ВРС и значений ЧСС и артериального давления в течение тилт-теста, отличающаяся от рутинного исследования параметров спектрального анализа ВРС в течение тилт-теста, позволяет установить, что основным пусковым механизмом рефлекторных синкопе у большинства детей является значительное уменьшение симпатических и вагусных влияний с достоверным снижением систолического давления.
