Способ определения метода лечения пациентов с сахарным диабетом 2-го типа и артериальной гипертензией или с ее отсутствием, отличающийся тем, что до назначения противодиабетической и антигипертензивной терапии определяется наличие алекситимии, при ее обнаружении направляют пациента к психотерапевту для психотерапевтической коррекции при одновременном обеспечении тщательного контроля приверженности к лечению.
