Claims (20)
1. Широкополосный частотный детектор, содержащий:
первый усилитель, сконфигурированный для приема от рупорной антенны сигналов, имеющих определенные частоты;
блок смесителя, сконфигурированный для приема от первого усилителя сигналов, подвергнутых малошумящему усилению; и
второй усилитель, размещенный параллельно с первым усилителем и сконфигурированный для передачи сигналов, принятых от рупорной антенны, на блок смесителя, с выполнением их малошумящего усиления,
причем второй усилитель включает в себя транзистор и первый блок СВЧ-цепи для согласования импеданса рупорной антенны с импедансом первого блока СВЧ-цепи.
2. Широкополосный частотный детектор, содержащий:
рупорную антенну, сконфигурированную для приема сигналов, имеющих определенные частоты;
первый усилитель, сконфигурированный для приема от рупорной антенны сигналов, имеющих определенные частоты;
блок смесителя, сконфигурированный для приема от первого усилителя сигналов, подвергнутых малошумящему усилению; и
второй усилитель, размещенный параллельно с первым усилителем и сконфигурированный для передачи сигналов, принятых от рупорной антенны, на блок смесителя, с выполнением их малошумящего усиления,
причем второй усилитель включает в себя транзистор и первый блок СВЧ-цепи для согласования импеданса рупорной антенны с импедансом первого блока СВЧ-цепи.
3. Широкополосный частотный детектор по п. 1 или 2, дополнительно содержащий блок управления переключением, сконфигурированный для управления первым усилителем и вторым усилителем так, чтобы сигнал, принятый от рупорной антенны, принимался или первым усилителем, или вторым усилителем.
4. Широкополосный частотный детектор по п. 3, в котором первый усилитель представляет собой монолитную СВЧ интегральную схему малошумящего усилителя (MMIC LNA), и второй усилитель представляет собой малошумящий усилитель на псевдоморфном транзисторе с высокой подвижностью электронов (pHEMT LNA).
5. Широкополосный частотный детектор по п. 4, в котором первый усилитель сконфигурирован для выполнения малошумящего усиления сигналов частоты Ka-диапазона, и второй усилитель сконфигурирован для выполнения малошумящего усиления сигналов частоты K-диапазона или X-диапазона.
6. Широкополосный частотный детектор по п. 5, в котором второй усилитель включает в себя:
первый блок СВЧ-цепи, сконфигурированный для согласования импеданса рупорной антенны и импеданса транзистора;
второй блок СВЧ-цепи, сконфигурированный для согласования импеданса транзистора и импеданса блока смесителя;
первый блок отсечки частот, соединенный с первым блоком СВЧ-цепи и сконфигурированный для отсечки сигналов, имеющих заданный частотный диапазон; и
второй блок отсечки частот, соединенный со вторым блоком СВЧ-цепи и сконфигурированный для отсечки сигналов, имеющих заданный частотный диапазон,
причем первый блок СВЧ-цепи сконфигурирован для передачи сигналов, имеющих заданный частотный диапазон, на транзистор, и второй блок СВЧ-цепи передает сигналы, имеющие заданный частотный диапазон, на блок смесителя.
