Способ лечения больных экзогенно-конституциональным ожирением путем проведения регулярных занятий скандинавской ходьбой с палками, отличающийся тем, что занятия начинаются с разминки, включающей обычную ходьбу с дыхательными упражнениями в течение 10 минут, затем проводится основное занятие скандинавской ходьбой длительностью 30 минут с увеличением времени ходьбы на 5 минут каждую неделю, и заканчивающееся упражнениями на растяжку мышц ног и рук, и дыхательными упражнениями в течение 5 минут, при этом длительность всего занятия 45 минут на 1-й неделе, 50 минут на 2-й неделе, 55 минут на 3-й неделе и 60 минут на 4-й неделе, с периодичностью занятий 3 раза в неделю, на курс - 12 занятий.A method of treating patients with exogenously-constitutional obesity by conducting regular Nordic walking lessons with sticks, characterized in that the lessons begin with a warm-up that includes regular walking with breathing exercises for 10 minutes, then the main Nordic walking lesson lasts 30 minutes with an increase in walking time on 5 minutes every week, and ending with exercises for stretching the muscles of the legs and arms, and breathing exercises for 5 minutes, while the duration of the entire lesson is 45 minutes and 1st week, 50 minutes in the 2nd week, 55 minutes at the third week and 60 minutes per week 4, with a periodicity of sessions 3 times a week on the course - 12 lessons.
