Способ сбора максимального количества зрелых (=оплодотворенных) яиц (in vitro) от самок возбудителя паразитарного зооноза Trichuris (=Trichocephalus) suis, заключающийся в отборе индивидуально и только живых, активных, половозрелых самок Trichuris suis из толстой, слепой кишок спонтанно зараженных возбудителем трихоцефалеза, при исследовании гельминтологическими методами на вскрытии диких кабанов или/и домашних свиней, в отдельные пробирки с раствором Rhode-Saito, который по своему химическому составу приближается к составу пищеварительного тракта млекопитающих, и экспозицией пробирок с живыми, активными, половозрелыми самками Trichuris suis в условиях приближенных к жизнедеятельности паразита в организме свиней: при t=38°C-40°C в течение 5 часов в термостате.A method of collecting the maximum number of mature (= fertilized) eggs (in vitro) from females of the pathogen parasitic zoonosis Trichuris (= Trichocephalus) suis, which consists in the selection of individually and only live, active, mature females Trichuris suis from the large, blind gut spontaneously infected with the pathogen trichocephalus when using helminthological methods to open wild boars and / or domestic pigs, in separate tubes with a Rhode-Saito solution, which in its chemical composition approaches the composition of the digestive tract of mammals, and exposure of test tubes with live, active, mature females of Trichuris suis under conditions close to the vital activity of the parasite in the pigs: at t = 38 ° C-40 ° C for 5 hours in a thermostat.
