Claims (39)
1. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань, содержащая:
множество армирующих волокон, в которые входят множество первых волокон, множество вторых волокон и множество третьих волокон;
при этом первые волокна характеризуются первой ориентацией внутри ткани;
вторые волокна характеризуются второй ориентацией внутри ткани, причем вторая ориентация отличается от первой ориентации первым смещением;
третьи волокна характеризуются третьей ориентацией внутри ткани, причем третья ориентация отличается от первой ориентации вторым смещением;
первые волокна содержат множество четвертых волокон и множество пятых волокон; и
значение модуля упругости четвертых волокон отличается от значения модуля упругости пятых волокон.
2. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань по п. 1, причем указанная гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань является цельной тканью, содержащей армирующие волокна.
3. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань по п. 1, причем указанная гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань сформирована из первой ткани и второй ткани;
при этом первая ткань содержит первые волокна; и
вторая ткань содержит вторые волокна и третьи волокна.
4. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань по п. 3, причем первая ткань и вторая ткань сшиты друг с другом.
5. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань по п. 1, причем указанная гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань сформирована из первой ткани, второй ткани и третьей ткани;
при этом первая ткань содержит первые волокна;
вторая ткань содержит вторые волокна; и
третья ткань содержит третьи волокна.
6. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань по п. 5, причем первая ткань, вторая ткань и третья ткань сшиты друг с другом.
7. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань по п. 1, причем первая ориентация равна х; и
первое смещение равно приблизительно х-10° и второе смещение равно приблизительно x+10°.
8. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань по п. 1, причем первая ориентация равна х; и
первое смещение равно приблизительно х-15° и второе смещение равно приблизительно х+15°.
9. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань по п. 1, причем первая ориентация равна х; и
первое смещение равно приблизительно х-20° и второе смещение равно приблизительно х+20°.
10. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань по п. 1, причем первая ориентация равна х; и
первое смещение равно приблизительно х-25° и второе смещение равно приблизительно х+25°.
11. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань по п. 1, причем первая ориентация равна х; и
первое смещение равно приблизительно х-30° и второе смещение равно приблизительно х+30°.
12. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань по п. 1, причем первая ориентация равна х; и
первое смещение равно приблизительно х-45° и второе смещение равно приблизительно х+45°.
13. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань по п. 1, причем первая ориентация равна х; и
первое смещение равно от х-10° до x-30° и второе смещение равно от x+10° до х+30°.
14. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань по п. 1, причем первая ориентация равна х; и
первое смещение равно от х-5° до х-45° и второе смещение равно от x+5° до х+45°.
15. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань по п. 1, причем первая ориентация равна 0°.
16. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань по п. 1, причем первая ориентация равна 90°.
17. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань по п. 1, причем абсолютное значение первого смещения отличается от абсолютного значения второго смещения.
18. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань по п. 1, причем армирующие волокна выбраны из группы, состоящей из полимерных волокон, углеродных волокон, арамидных волокон и стекловолокон.
19. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань по п. 1, причем четвертые волокна являются стекловолокнами типа H, а пятые волокна являются стекловолокнами типа Е-CR.
20. Гибридная мультиаксиальная ткань по п. 1, причем значение прочности на разрыв четвертых волокон отличается от значения прочности на разрыв пятых волокон.
