Abstract
1. Способ концентрирования сточных вод, включающий:а. комбинирование нагретого газа и жидкого потока сточных вод под давлением;б. прохождение комбинированного потока нагретого газа и жидкого потока сточных вод через канал смешивания концентратора для образования газо-жидкостной смеси, имеющей жидкую концентрацию от приблизительно 5 масс. % до приблизительно 20 масс. % от общей массы смеси, канал смешивания, имеющий суженный участок, в котором газо-жидкостный поток в пределах канала смешивания ускоряется при прохождении от впускного отверстия к выпускному отверстию канала;в. отделение части жидкости от газожидкостной смеси для получения газовой смеси с переносимыми каплями жидкости;г. удаление капель жидкости, переносимых газовой смесью, полученной на этапе в., для получения концентрированной жидкости и газа, в основном свободного от жидкости.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает рециркуляцию и комбинирование с жидким потоком сточных вод этапа а. концентрированной жидкости, полученной на этапе г.3. Способ концентрирования сточных вод, включающий:а. комбинирование нагретого газа и жидкого потока сточных вод под давлением для образования смеси;б. снижение статического давления смеси для испарения части жидкости из смеси для получения частично выпаренной смеси, содержащей переносимую концентрированную жидкость;в. удаление части переносимой концентрированной жидкости с частично выпаренной смеси для получения газа без содержания жидкости.1. A method for concentrating wastewater, comprising: a. a combination of heated gas and a liquid wastewater stream under pressure b. passing a combined stream of heated gas and a liquid stream of wastewater through the mixing channel of the concentrator to form a gas-liquid mixture having a liquid concentration of from about 5 mass. % to about 20 mass. % of the total mass of the mixture, a mixing channel having a narrowed portion in which the gas-liquid flow within the mixing channel is accelerated as it passes from the inlet to the outlet of the channel; separating part of the liquid from the gas-liquid mixture to obtain a gas mixture with portable drops of liquid; removing droplets of liquid carried by the gas mixture obtained in step c. to obtain a concentrated liquid and gas, mainly free of liquid. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that it further includes recycling and combining with the liquid wastewater stream of step a. concentrated liquid obtained in step g.3. A method for concentrating wastewater, comprising: a. a combination of heated gas and a liquid wastewater stream under pressure to form a mixture; b. reducing the static pressure of the mixture to evaporate part of the liquid from the mixture to obtain a partially evaporated mixture containing a portable concentrated liquid; removing part of the concentrated concentrated liquid from the partially evaporated mixture to obtain a gas without liquid content.
