Способ остеосинтеза медиальных переломов шейки бедра, включающий репозицию отломков, разрез в подвертельной области, введение спиц в шейку и головку бедра из верхней трети бедра под углом 30°, отличающийся тем, что производится дополнительная чрезсуставная фиксация отломков шейки бедра из подвертельной области бедра спицами за вертлужную впадину таза.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что спицы проводятся из верхней трети бедра в головку через кортикальные каналы по оси нагрузки верхней трети бедра, спицы имеют большую площадь сцепления с губчатой костью, чем массивные фиксаторы.3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что ЛФК проводится на функциональной койке с доской-приставкой.1.
