Abstract
1. Способ диагностики предрасположенности к посттравматическому остеоартрозу коленного сустава, включающий генотипирование полиморфизма гена, отличающийся тем, что у исследуемых пациентов проводят генотипирование полиморфизма rs2276109 (A-82G) гена ММР-12, при этом при выявлении генотипа GG диагностируют генетическую предрасположенность к развитию посттравматического остеоартроза коленного сустава.2. Способ по п. 1, в котором генотипирование проводят с помощью полимеразной цепной реакции (ПЦР).1.
